Anime Lightning #4: Fall 2025

JetBlackXtreme

Nine shows, one fast-moving episode, and more plot twists than a late-night forum thread. We kick things off with a cozy isekai where a salaryman hatches a baby black dragon and slowly nudges a broken world toward better habits. It’s warm, low stakes, and charming until it drifts into campfire mode—perfect for comfort viewing. From there, we pivot into a mangaka’s deadline panic and snack-fueled delusions: relatable, lightly informative, and more diary than deep dive.

Craving bigger swings? We unpack a power fantasy where a player wakes as the Blackwing tyrant and learns the world follows the game’s novel, not the game—cue a beta tester-turned-Venus playing puppet master while a goddess scripts endless conflict. In a parallel lane, an assassin outgrows a chosen hero and exposes a kingdom bent on weaponizing teens. The show earns points for clean action, early relationship stakes, and demon politics that aren’t cartoonishly evil.

On the guilty-pleasure front, imagine Food Wars energy swapped for massage therapy: scholarships, fascia, and fanservice collide in a dorm of athletes. Then the crowd-pleaser for internet natives: a rom-com where a game developer gets roasted by a streamer who moves next door. It’s meme-literate, painfully honest about creator economics, and funny enough to rewatch, even when the “sister zone” lands like a crit. We also sample a sweet oddball romance about hunting and cooking monsters, and a wild dystopia where Santa is a belief-powered superhero in a world that treats adults as the real monsters. Tragic rules about sleep and a standout theme song make it stick. Finally, we close with a banished support mage who reclaims his value, rejoins a legendary party, and locks horns with a blade master who grooms rivals just to break them.

If you want comfort, you’ve got it. If you want sharper twists, they’re here. And if you just want honest scores and quick guidance on what to stream next, we’ve done the homework. Hit play, argue with our rankings, and tell us your top three. If you enjoyed the breakdown, follow, share with an anime friend, and drop a review so we know which series to deep-dive next.

What up, gang? It's JB. It's time for another round of anime lightning. Uh, I'm gonna try to keep it as short as possible, as per usual. The last three editions, I have nine entries to time. There was gonna be more, but let's just say that some of them deserve to be a full review, and some of them I just didn't get around to actually watching them, mainly because if it's not on crunchy roll or high dive or like any way that I can do it officially, then I'm just gonna skip it. Like I'm probably gonna get around to it at some other point. But anyways, let's start off with a gatherer's adventurer in Isekai. So we have Kamishiro Takeru, he's a completely ordinary seller man who reincarnates in another world with you know swords, magic called Medeias, and starts his new Isekai life with a lot of new skills. He made the most of his enhanced physical strength, unbelievable magical power, and the search ability that he has, allowing him to find items worth uh a value, you know what I mean? So, yeah, the god that creates Takeru also gave him a bag of holdings, so to speak, and promises are man character that he'll encounter an acute partner. I like that. Okay, okay, so hold on. It turns out that Madeus' uh civilization keep collapsing due to the failures of the inhabitants, so God wished to cause a ripple effect to stop this cycle by introducing an outsider with new ideas and perspectives to the world. So, in episode one, now here's the thing our main character gets this cute baby ancient black dragon that he named B, which I find ironic in a funny way because remember, God promised him a cute partner. He thought, oh, I'm gonna have a cute little girl type uh friend that's gonna be hanging around me. We're gonna have like adventures together. But like, no, no, you start off with this cute baby bag. No, no, oh well, yo. I guess technically that's what I wish for, but not exactly what I wish for, you know what I mean. Anyways, this baby black dragon is the child of Baldius, the ancient dragon living beneath a mountain, and it had trouble hatching because his egg has been tainted by impurities of Baldius' lake, but Takaru infused it with his own magic and helped it hatch. Upon birth, Baldius entrusted under Takaru's care. In episode two, Takaru and B fight some monsters, encounter a lively elf, and meet a nice family of travelers. We learn later that Bro Light, the elf that I was um mentioning, is a high elf that had embarked on a journey to find a mysterious white horse that their sister was searching for. They are left starving and unclean while traveling across the woods, but Takaru helps them. They become friends, and Takaru hires them as a bodyguard during his adventures and unto the dwarf kingdom for. I'm sorry, I am not good at pronouncing names sometimes, and sometimes like, bro, are you serious, friends? Anyways, they are a fighter who has mastered the use of dual knives. Although initially referred to as female, it is later revealed that Broly is intersex and except both him and her pronouns. That's why I refer to Broly as they. And okay, by episode three, I became convinced that this is a low-key campfire cooking anime minus the recipes. In episode four, we get to know Clayston a little bit more. He's a lizard man and a veteran from the Adventures Guild. He befriends Takaru and is one of the very few people that know that Takaru is not from this world. And long ago, he Clayton inadvertently liberated uh Bolsa from a Demon King, a deed that Clayton is embarrassed about because he feels that he did nothing of importance and he suffered injuries that affected his ability to fight until Takaru healed him with water from Aldius' Lake, which also had the side effect of turning him into a dragon. It was like this lack and berserk looking dragonborn. Like you know how in DD there's like half dragon people, and he just looked like a berserk person of that. But yeah. By episode eight, we finally meet Pinnier, uh, a petist that protected the village of Ashwiff by constantly absorbing the toxin in his lake and a rare flower of two blocks nearby. Unfortunately, such an effort caused her to exhaust all of her power and turn her into stone. She was only awaken when Takaru purifies the lake, and as a result, she saves his life and decides to accompany him in his travels by taking a human form. The last leg of the show centers around Broly, her their missing sister. Sorry, I'm not Ford and Slip. And the drama surrounding the family. The elves weren't cursed, they just need to stop heaving it in the family, so to speak, and reproduce outside of their bloodline. I was like, bro, I was kind of mad when I got to that point where I'm like, are you all fucking serious right now? Anyways, decent artwork, animation and music selection, it was pretty good. Uh low stakes though, like, but upbeat and wholesome in a tone. Just kind of a snooze by the halfway point. So I gave it a generous 7 out of 10. It's like an appetizer of an anime. Anyways, with entry number two, we have a Mangaka's Weirdly Wonderful Workplace. We have the main character Futami, a novice sojo manga artist, is finally publishing her beloved Shogi manga, dear Subaru. But the stress makes her stomach hurt, and she's forced to push the deadlines up for her first chapter, and she isn't making any progress on the storyboard. To top it off, she's gaining weight from midnight snacking and starts having wild delusions. And honestly, it's similar to the anime Zensu that I did in the first anime lightning. Uh, which at this point I'm now a fan of shows that censor around the production of things such as manga and video games, which is funny because when we get later down the line, there's gonna be another example that I really like to talk about. And I'm glad that this one gives you a little perspective on the creative process of manga artists, but it ain't that deep. It's mainly Futami and her co-workers dealing with their own situation as they come. The artwork and music selection is okay. I gave it a 6.5 out of 10 because aside from the uh premise, it was okay at best. Because once again, it just wasn't that deep into it. Like they didn't give a whole lot of perspective on how they make manga, but just a little bit.

unknown:

Just a little bit.

SPEAKER_00:

And by the way, from now on, when I'm doing anime lightning, I'm gonna try to really make it as short as possible, not to spoil the whole anime too much, but if it's really good, I'm like, bro, I'm gonna go into detail. I was just that impressed by it. But I would try not to give away too much. Entry number three, a wild last boss appeared. So we have an MMO gamer that awakens as the Blackwing Tyrant Lufa's Mafall, rising from her seal fate only to find is to be very real. Her defeat 200 years ago in game released monsters of death, and the legend is one of terror. Now, trapped in the body of history's most feared conqueror, he must survive a world that wants her dead and uncover why he's here. So if you like shows like Overlord and Apocalypse Bringer Menagra, you might like this one too. It's about a male main character that gets reincarnated as a fallen angel-like villainous that already has a bag on her head for masquerades as an adventurer in order to advance in their goal. So yeah. In this season, there's Ares, the Brutally on Spimboy, the Yeah. Uh Wira, the Golem Battle Make Android, uh, I Dok Heroes, the Shadow Guild, which is Capricorn, and Virgo, the shelter angel girl. Well, really, it's like she's not really angels, more like heaven winged. They call them heaven wings in this universe. Uh they did allude to Scorpio and Leo and others, but it's more like a eh, save that for season two. The antagonists are the seven heroes, the Devil King and the two seven luminars, uh, named after the planets such as Venus, Mars, and Jupiter. There's a hero named Say that also gets something to this world, but he and his party quickly see how underclassed they are compared to seeing Lufus and the Devil King uh fight each other. The action, the artwork, the music, and the animation is fairly good. A colorful bunch of characters that bring their own strengths of humor to the series. A crazy twist at the near end is that Dina is actually a beta tester that has been manipulating some of the events that occurred, including the memories of others and playing both sides as Venus of the Seven Luminars. Also, the world that they they're in isn't based on the game, but the official novel for X Gate Online, meaning that there's next to no other player characters in this world. The real twist comes afterwards when the Devil King Worm reveals that he was merely a pawn in the scheme of the true antagonist, Alvona, the goddess of this world. Her scenario, the goddess of land, is to have everyone constantly fighting each other. And I thought it was fairly impressive. Can't wait for season two. I give it an eight out of ten. Entry number four, hands off Sawara Nade Kotesashiku. I'm sorry, just long names and whatnot, names I'm not familiar with pronouncing, just kind of throws them off. Anyways, main character Kloyo Kotensashi, high school freshman. His special skill, giving massages that feel way too good. In order to secure a special scholarship for medical school, Kloyo devotes himself to providing the dorm girls with mental and physical care. It is too heavy-handed yet too heavenly. What a premise. Now, imagine you get to be a dorm taker, or you could say, like a housekeeper and a masseuse for a bunch of athletic girls in order to get into the medical field. Although they try to approach situations seriously, it's like food wars, but with massages. And just like it, at least you're kind of learning something too. Even if the learning spirits get a little steep. So anyone can clear it in about two hours. As you would expect, the camera angles and details are impressive at certain moments. It's one of those anime where design-wise, the girls are gonna stand out more. There's some drama peppered into the series, whether it's with the characters individually or within the dormitory. And it's kind of weird that the vice principal is acting like the main ops over a misunderstanding of intentions, but I guess there needs to be some form of some form of antagonistic force. Otherwise, there'll be no real story or stakes to keep the viewers on their toes. So I give this one a 6 out of 10. Take notes, gentlemen, having magic hands can go a long way, especially if you're dating or married to a woman who plays sports or hits the gym. Outside of that, it's an okay watch. Now, here's one that I really like. Entry number five. Let's play. Now, yeah, the main character, Samara Sam Young is a developer in Los Angeles who's about to achieve her dreams with her first video game, Ruminate. That is, until a popular streamer gives the game a scathing review. Even worse, Sam finds out the throughout some critic is now her new neighbor. Get lost in a comedic, romantic, all too real story about the gaming memes and social anxiety. Come for the plot and stay for the dog though. Now, like I said, with Amangaka's really wonderful workplace, it's nice to see an anime that's about an industry that I'm a fan of. And right away, it has like this quaint feel to this heart's top. Almost as if there's an Instagram filter on it that gives it that nostalgic color. Now, it's also nice to see that the cast of the characters are American and the visualization of the emotions pop up, you know, like some of the memes that you might see, like say uh Shen comments, for instance. You know, how uh Shen is able to draw and kind of give visualization to certain emotions that people might be experiencing and whatnot. And that's what it was like watching it um throughout most of the series. Between the meme moments and this anime is laugh out loud, funny to a degree. Like I saw Super Smash Bros. references, all different kinds of meme references, not just video games, but just memes in general. It was just really funny. I was just busting out laughing for real. You might have fun picking out all the memes and gags they use, such as Sam's dog Bowser playing with a Princess Peach dog, because I'm thinking, bro, the super Mario Republican movie was not too long ago, and I'm like, I just like that detail. It has drama like a rom-com, but it's believable and convincing in a way that doesn't make me want to roll my eyes. Now, there is a little perspective on designing your first video game and being a social media influencer on YouTube and Instaframe. The crazy part about it was streamers making more money than the developer of the games. And I'm like, bro, as a dude that actually wants to design video games, that kind of hurts. But then again, I'm kind of trying to get into streaming too, so maybe I can have the best of both worlds. The crazy thing this anime did was waiting until the 11th episode for Sam to get Sister Zone, not Friend Zone, but Sister Zone for her love interest links. And I was like, damn, damn. They ended the season with the main cast playing Ruminate, and I give this anime an 8 out of 10. Better than expected. The printer did not oversell what I experienced. Go watch it. Please go watch it. I got just go watch it. Alright, we got entry number six. Uh hold on, give me one moment. Let me check seven. Yes, number six. Because sometimes I get kind of lost. Well, I mean, I did. So, entry number six. We have my status as an assassin obviously exceeds the hero. Akira Oda in his high school classmates are summoned to another world, while the other students are granted cheatabilities through the summoning. Akira merely gains the abilities of a mediocre assassin. However, his data soon surpasses the hero the strongest profession. After Akira becomes suspicious of the game behind the summoning, he is falsely framed for crime and force to flee. Now, for starters, this is one of those anime that I intend to be a full review, but the rest of the gang had things going on, so I decided to just add it on to anime lightning. And immediately I was thinking Assassin's Creed means rising of the Seal Hero with its premise. But upon actually watching the anime, it also has a splash of solo level limits. Like, not the uh discount the anime like that. I'm saying like it can it's its own thing, but I'm just saying like that's the kind of vibes I was getting from it. That's all I'm saying. Not to call it a rip-off or you know, a clone, but just vibes, you know. Things can be similar to each other and be his own things. That's why I'm kind of going into this. So while Akira is an assassin, the well-rounded student council president, Tsukasa Sato, is designated as a hero, and everyone else is giving the typical fantasy RPG role, you know, like enchanter or magician, ranger, you know, that type of shit. Akira strives for a way back home to Japan and was asked to assist in a coup with uh Knight Commander Sorin, but Sorin was found dead, and Akira was being framed for that. In actuality, the golf is the Knight Ravens, the king's personal assassins. We learned that both the king and the princess ain't shift and plans on controlling the summoned teenagers with cursed crystals into waging war on the eastern kingdoms, but gills helped six of them. Akira already saved Saltso, and the Freak class makes makes an excuse to leave the castle by claiming to go after the demon lord, which they eventually end up doing anyways, yes, of course they could go on home too because eventually they started piecing together. Okay, so the king and the princess ain't shit. Akira's onto something. Let's hope that we can link up with him and like figure some shit out. But you know, Akira's kind of doing his own thing with his own people. We also learn that the dark slimes that's been absorbing and abducting people are part of how the king is able to summon a hero by sack. And the abducted. Jesus Christ. Akira encounters and teams up with Amelia, the dope princess, forms a monster path with a legendary shapeshift and cat demon named Knight, who used to be the demon lord's best boy. Amelia has some family issues with her sister Kilika, who was so jealous of Amelia being a spirit medium that she was being neglected by everyone else, which drove her to hate Amelia and brainwash the whole elk conclave to turn on her, including her now former fiance, Leon. The elf king takes the blame and reveals that he has sealed away some of Kilika's memories, and he returns them. And Kilika remembers as a child that an evil mage that we're gonna find um be introduced to later, uh tricked her into summoning monsters that murdered Liam. And as a spirit medium, Amelia resurrected Liam, but Kilika's guilt was so great that the kings erased her memories. Kind of a Morty's mind blower, as you can say. So as the only one who didn't know the truth, a distance regrettably developed between Kilika and the other elves, which he blamed on Amelia. Liam admits that he's in love with Kilika, not Amelia, and he helped exile Amelia for her sake, hoping Kiwika's heart would recover if Amelia was gone. So Kilika reconciles with Amelia and is able to reconnect with uh the rest of the conclave. And after all that, she decided to go up on her adventure with Akira because she's in love with him. After all that, it's been a joint effort between Akira and his posse and Saka and the pre-classmates assisted by Gills to become strong enough to stroll into the demon continent and defeat the demon lord. And crazy enough, not all demons or demon lords are inherently evil. No demon wave war for a century. And even though the first demon lord wanted war for being banished to the volcano continent, it's possible that the current demon war wants peace. And in the beast folk continent, Akira is had to take down the corrupt uh Lord Graham with the help of Leah Lagoon and former hero party member Crow. The Night Ravens were hired to from Graham, making him responsible for the Devil Sauron. So Akira had even more reason to take this guy out because Liah won him dead, uh Crow won him dead. So many people wanted Lord Graham dead, but Akira's like, man, I just don't care up until he finds out. Oh, did you know that uh the Night Ravens were Graham's people? So in a way, Graham's like kind of responsible for Sauron being killed. So, like, oh shit, that's all the motivation I need now. That's it, that's all it took. Alright. So, anyways, Akira confesses his love for Amelia halfway into the season killed on them. I like for some, I don't know. It's like I kind of got tired of the whole will they won't they dynamic from long ago. It's kind of nice to where like they kind of establish their relationship. It doesn't have it doesn't even have to be like right away, but more like at the very least, like at least there's that relationship instead of us kind of assuming that at the end of it all, they just gonna hook up later. It was like that's kind of boring to me at this point. It's like played out. But that's just me. I just happy for him. Uh, we also meet Lattisnail, aka Lassie, the daughter of the demon lord, sees the player and rebellious against her father, and becomes friends with Akira and Amelia. We end the season in Medi Arrest where Akira seceding in assassinating Graham, and everyone moves forward to their next destination. Impressive action, clean artwork, great music, including the opening-ending theme, with some intriguing mysteries and tales of betrayal. I give this one a solid 9 out of 10. Great potential, can't wait for season two. Now, entry number seven, and I'm gonna make this one real quick. So, any proper noble lady must cultivate revived, refined taste, and lady of Melhoria. I'm just gonna call him Lady Melfi because everybody else does it too. Delicacy of choice is monsters. So, unfortunately, society frowns upon such unlady-like cravings and brands her as a racist villainous. And at a banquet, she's attacked by a monster, only to be saved by R. Thri Galvic, the feared mad, blood mad dude. He's brutal, mysterious, and charming. And could he be the one to appreciate her monstrous appetite? Now, as the premise says, is a kind of cute, kind of funny rom-com about two royal weirdos that bond over their special interests. She likes cooking monsters, he likes hunting monsters. Hey, make sense. And I give this one a 7 out of 10. Not that deep, but good in its own right. Entry number eight. Now, before I get started, once again, this is gonna be one of those things where it was supposed to be a full review. In fact, it was supposed to be the Christmas special, but I was too busy working on the Month Academia extreme reviews. Yeah, even though it is an extreme review, but it's kind of like all in one unlike previous entries where it would be in part, but even if I'm just gonna make uh big old super cuddlows and all of that. But point being is that I was gonna do Santa, but I just didn't get around to I was prepared for other things. So I'm doing it now for an anime lightning. So Santa, in the near future, Japan has a ultra-low birth rate, and children are treasure butt monitored. Santa is being as dangerous, and one snowy December 25th. Middle schooler Kazu Shige Santa, descendant of Santa. God is gonna be a bitch and a half time. Make um making sure that I pronounce the difference between Santa and Santa, you know, is attacked by classmate Fuji Kamura, who wants him to find her missing friend Arno. Santa, please find my friend. So, to protect the children from adults, Santa decided to become Santa and fights the adults. So, originally, like I said, it was gonna be a Christmas budget, but things happen. Here we are. The premise gave me code name kids next door vibes at first, except it's not about a global spy network or precudescence, but rather it focused on one titular character that can transform into a buff Saint Nick with supernatural powers that's amplified based on the children's belief in him. In this universe, adults are treated as quote unquote monsters in the skies, and children are so treasured that a minor can get away with murder straight up, like, oh you can go to school and be like, oh, how many adults do you kill? Oh, you know, like 15. Oh shit, we need to get you know, keep looking at that. And there's also that awkward approach to teenage romance that the characters have that sounds like stuff kids would say in movies that are about 40 years old now, you know, like you know, those movies like say, I'm trying to think of little rascals and whatnot, where they talk about girls in like hooti and shit like that. Those kind of shit like that were like the almost like the way Maximus talk about female interactions and the Paul TV show, where it's like talking about, oh, so you you do things to my private part and it makes my compass blow. And I was like, bro, bro, bro, bro, who are teaching these children sex ever? By the end of the season, the missing girl was found, but she dies from illness. Because in this world, you can't sleep for too long, so most kids try to stay awake as much as possible. And let's just say that she was missing, but she was also asleep for a little too long. So, yeah, she just ended up accelerating her own death, which was sad at the end. It was pretty sad. It's action-packed, weird in a funny way, shocking in its twist and turn of events. The artwork stands out in a way that makes it somewhat memorable, and the opening theme is kind of a jam. I gave it an 8.5 out of 10. And the ninth and final entry in this edition of Anime Lightning is the banished court magician aimed to become strongest. So, once a loyal court magician supported the crown prince from behind the scenes, Alec Ygrit is cast aside and itself for only known support magic. But just as he hits rock bottom, he reunites with Yorha Isens, a former comrade from the uh legendary party lasting period, invited to rejoin lasting period uh that once made history. Alec returns to Dungeon Exploration and begins a new chapter in his life. So, we got another anime where the main character gets fired from the best guild in his area because his teammates are assholes, elitist assholes that mind you that undervalue him, and now he's with a new party. Well, not really a new party this time around, it was more like uh old legendary party that he decided to join back up with that better appreciates him, and he's also stronger than you think. Like, he kind of used Thunderbolt for the most part, but he's still way used to Thunderbolt. Although Regulus, the assholes that fired him, admits that Alex was as worse by episode five and decided to let Alex have a job back. I would decide to stay with last year, anyways. Because the thing is, it's like he can't leave, but also he don't want to leave. I'm sorry, but it kind of reminded me of that one episode between Kyle and Cardman where it's like, uh, we don't want to go. Like, no, you can't go. And the rest of the last part is like, oh well, I don't want to leave. It's like, well, that's too many because he can't leave anyways. But anyways, moving on. Between Alec and you know, I forgot that person's name. Like, who cares? Like, they may hate each other, but they're happy with the tournaments, anyways. And after becoming S-Rank by helping another guild with a dungeon, uh, lasting party spends the second half of the season fighting the Shadow Guild and the Wade Master that's more connected to the plot than expected. Like, you would think, like, okay, he the guy that killed um what's her name? Glory, I think her name was. Um, I'm sorry, I didn't keep up with most of these characters. Like, um, I'm I'm really trying not to uh ruin the spirit because I thought this anime was good enough to work. I kind of want people to see it for themselves, and I'm kind of hoping for season two as well. So point being is that I'm trying to say is that there was this girl who wanted revenge on the Blade Master because he killed her mother and also raised Gloria to hate him and become strong enough to, you know, like, and then once she became strong enough, he was gonna defeat her and prove his strength because he just wants strength, he just wants power and all that shit. So imagine the same relationship between Itachi and Sasuke, except the Blade Master isn't really doing this for uh a purpose bigger than himself, it's more like he's doing it for himself, and also apparently he knew who Yorha really was as a seeker. He knew Alex Mother Arya. Don't tell me he killed her. I'm like, bro, what you about to do running around killing mothers, and I think it was evenly paced, good character designs, like bro, talking like some you'll see, you'll see. If you haven't seen the anime, go watch it. If you did see the anime, some of the girls, like, please be a team. Just please be a team. Uh, interesting usage of magic and insightful take on how mana works. The animation is a mixed bad because you know, sometimes I was thinking like, okay, it's kind of good, and then I think that we use like CGI and whatnot. That's kind of what I kind of want it for. The accent is fairly good, and the music is okay. So I give it an 8 out of 10, a little better than I thought, but not all that impressive. So that is it for the fall season 2025 anime lightning. This was honestly supposed to be out like two weeks earlier than this, but once again, shit happens. I'm sorry, but here we are. I'm gonna go ahead and get this out. And next time I do anime lightning, I'm gonna try to be quicker with the timing. Like, I'm really trying to get it to where as early as possible in April because that's when most of the 12 episode seasons conclude. That's another thing. Like, if it has 24 seasons and it leads into the next season, I'm not gonna count it. I'm only gonna count it if it concludes in that season. So, say for instance, there's this one anime like uh Nelosa. Uh, hopefully I'm pronouncing correctly, that has 24 episodes. That was supposed to be part of this anime lightning, but because it's 24 episodes, it concludes in winter 2026. So I'm waiting until eighth for that. Fair enough, fair enough. I'm not trying to be like some folks where you know they wait until halfway into the season or right before the season even started to give their impression on it. Like, I'm gonna actually watch the whole thing and give my impression on based on that. I might spoil it, and I do apologize in advance, but at the same time, it's just to prove that hey, I did watch it now, I did watch it to completion. It just at the same time, I don't want to spoil for people who probably did not watch it, and they're maybe listening to my episodes as they are studying or working out or whatever they're doing while they're listening to my podcast, you know. So, you know, I'm trying to balance it out to where, like, to be fair, I did watch at the same time trying to think of people who probably didn't watch it. But if you did watch it, then you already know what the fuck I'm talking about. Yeah, but we got a whole bunch of entries for winter 2026, but cancel I might have to do some reductions because some of them gonna be a little tricky to watch officially, and then some of them I might even like do a full review on it if it's like really good. But ultimately, I'm trying to keep it around 10 entries. Uh, the only reason why it wasn't 10 this time around was because by the time I got around to finalizing it. May I ask one final thing was gonna be the 10th entry? Maybe not like the last entry, but it's gonna be like the one that makes it 10. But it was so good. I'm just gonna wait until we do a full review on it in February. Uh Sebbie's already on it, uh, Professor Tuck's already on it. I'm trying to get Cookie Gaso on it. So, and I'm also trying to get Mira Jane on it if she comes back to the podcast because you know, everybody got things going on, so I don't blame them. I gotta do what I gotta do too, and I'm gonna keep the podcast going, even if I'm doing this solo. And they're doing solo reviews too, so it's better to hear from them and their people, you know, their guest speakers when the time comes. But yes, uh, we're gonna be talking about Dark Moon, the Blood Altar, Dead Account, Easy Going Territory, Defense by An Optimistic Lore, Genosa, uh, Hell Mode. We got Jack of All Trades, Party of None, uh, Glun the Swords you can see, uh, Oedo Fire Slayer, uh, Slayer, excuse me. Uh, reincarnate as a dragon hatchling, uh, roll over and die, sent it to be a hero, Shibo Yugi, uh, Holy Grail Ares. There was a Q Girl in the Heroes Party. We switched Reconfessant Tour, Told You Mud Wants to be a common writer, tune into The Midnight Heart, uh, you can't be in a Ron Cong with your childhood friends. Those are part of winter 2026 so far. Some of them might end up being full reviews later, and some just might end up being dropped. It happens, but I'm trying to keep it to 10. Let's see where it goes. Let's try and get it out in a time we manage this time around, you know what I mean? But until the next installment and until the next time we do the nerdy news or whatever else we got going on, stay nerdy. Remember, great things are coming. Have yourself a good morning, good afternoon, good evening, good night. But ultimately, take it easy. I'm gonna go ahead and zoom up out here.
