How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom: Politics and Power Creeping

Kokugatsu

Forget the overpowered hero who wins by swinging harder. We’re diving into a rare isekai that swaps power creep for policy, and the results are gripping. Realist Hero drops Soma into a bankrupt kingdom and asks him to do the most dangerous thing in fantasy: govern. We talk through surprise abdications, weaponized accounting, and a magic skill that’s more useful behind a desk than on a battlefield—until it isn’t.

What hooked us is how the world defines “human” and “demon.” Elves and beastfolk fall under humanity; demons split into intelligent societies and wild creatures, and no one shares a language. That single worldbuilding choice reshapes war, ethics, and diplomacy. When a refugee girl can speak to animals—and a demon—you start to see peace as a translation problem as much as a military one. From there, we trace the fault lines: a three-clause “humanity contract” full of exploits, a civil war staged to smoke out corruption, and an annexation that begins with food relief and ends with cultural respect.

We also get into characters who quietly power the state. Hakuya matches Soma’s strategy with local expertise. Aisha and Licia embody disciplined strength. Juna carries national morale with song. Poncho expands cuisine to fight famine—because sometimes survival is a recipe, not a raid. And yes, we wrestle with the hard choices: executing nobles who won’t reform, honoring a general who saves the realm by becoming its villain, and drawing the line between being a kind king and a soft one.

If you’re tired of isekai that promise stakes but reset the world after every fight, this story delivers consequence. Hit play, then tell us: should more fantasy heroes win with language, logistics, and law? SPEAKER_00:

So I've been watching a lot of Isekai lately, and mostly Hulu is just keeps recommending it to me. But I am so tired of Isekai. Like I'm serious. There's so many Isekai. Oh, they got died or they got summoned to another world and do this and do this and do this. After a while, it felt so played out. And the thing about it is that Isekai was the most popular genre of anime. Even now, it's still one of the most popular genres of anime. Now I'm not gonna sleep on reincarnate as a slime, reincarnate as a sword, wise man's grandchild. I love those series, but it feels like it's a whole lot. I can reincarnate as a villainess and um villainous and redid the hero the villain, fell in love with the villain, or something like that. Like, I mean, I've done reviews on some of those, and those are good, but it's just it's so much happening, and it's like, yo, what in the world? Even when I say this, I'm reviewing this one right now, how the realest hero wound up saving the kingdom. And I was I'm actually excited to work to review this one because it is so different from every other Isekai, but definitely gonna look out. I have another one I'm gonna be doing a review on so Professor Tuck says that he wants to go ahead and hop in on one with me, so we got a range of time that we can go ahead and do that. That one's supposed to be um my instant death abilities of power. So if you definitely seen that, look out for that review. But in Surrealist Hero, like I said, this is one that is very different from every other Izekai that you've ever seen in anime, and I literally mean that. This isn't one of those ones where it's like, oh, the character is overpowered. This isn't even one where oh the character is building up his power, he's like the underdog and then kind of moving his way up. This doesn't focus on power as I'm super strong and can take out my enemies with a strong hit and strong fight. This is like cold Gias, Lelouch Britannia style. This is light yagami death note type style. Our main character Soma is an analyst, he thinks things through. In fact, his magical ability that he gets in this other world isn't even one that's primarily used for fighting. It can be now, it can be. You could you can easily see it be used for that, but he uses it in a political aspect. He's a poltergeist, he's able to copy his subconscious into another object. You can easily see him like, oh, he could fight with multiple swords type of thing. Instead, no, he uses it to put his consciousness in different pens so he can fill out paperwork at the same time, so he's able to experience like a shadow, it does have shadow clone jutsu properties. Like he did make a puppet and he put his subconscious inside the puppet. The puppet was able to go on an adventure for him while he was busy doing what he was doing, and the puppet was able to kind of go out, experience the things, but the puppet's not overpowered, it's not like a super strong thing, it's it's a puppet, so it gets it's durable, it's durable because it can't die, but still, it's just one of those ones that's like, okay, got you, and he can relive those experiences. Well, he as the puppets experiencing things, it's like he's there living it, he gets all of that experience to himself. So it does have that good qualities into it, but he uses it as a political aspect. You see, Soma is different. Soma, like most main characters, lost his parents at a young age, like every anime protagonist ever. So he gets summoned to another world, but before he does, what happens is that is we have to understand his coping mechanism for this. His coping mechanism is keeping people away by protecting them. He protects himself by not getting close to anyone, so he's not having to be afraid of losing them, like how he lost his mom and dad. His grandfather was raising him, and before his grandfather died, told him that's not a good coping mechanism. You need to build a family. So family is the best thing that you can do for yourself. Don't keep everything to yourself. Build a family, love them. You're gonna have someone you want to protect that's gonna give you a good purpose. Not having your family just kind of staying to yourself all the time is not good for you. Now, granted, real life-wise, there's some people that thrive better by themselves. Hey, if that's you, do you say him? But for Soma, that's not the case. He's like seeming like a boring guy. He he's bored with life and everything, so he needs interaction. That's the thing. He needs that. So, at the time when it finally comes time for it, his grandfather dies, he's living on his own, and he gets summoned into another world. He's living in school, a giant magical portal pops up below him, and he falls down and goes straight into this magical kingdom. Now, this is where things become twisted. Because those of you who have been longtime listeners of us, and thank you again so much, know that there's an anime that I actually really do like, and it's a very gory, gruesome anime. And it is how the healer gets revenge. Um, that's not the actual name of it, but as to know if you know what I'm talking about, you know what I'm talking about, anyway. But how the healer like gets his revenge and stuff. This is a very similar aspect because you see, Soma winds up getting summoned to this magical kingdom. The kingdom is in debt, it's broke, the people are starving. So, what the king did was he ordered the hero ritual to happen, and the plan was to sell the hero to another kingdom that is currently fighting the demon king right now, so that way they can kind of get past this whole money situation that they're dealing with. And so, as soon as he finds that out, like almost immediately can get in there. He's like, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. You're trying to sell me to make some money? Yeah. Hold on a second. Let me see. If y'all got some financial troubles, now I'm I'm a realist, I'm an analytical person. I think things through. Let me look at y'all kingdom finance stuff and maybe I can help y'all out. You know, he starts us off because he's trying to save his own bond. He like, hold on now. I'm not a fighter, per se, I'm not that type of that type of guy, and I'm not feeling this magical powers that y'all talk about that I'm supposed to be getting. And so it's like, so let me do what I do best, let me figure things out for y'all. The king, after three days of Soma looking through finances, makes an announcement, goes up and says, Everybody, listen up, ton up. He's your new king. Me and the queen is stepping down. He's betrothed to our daughter, so you can't uh say nothing about it. I deuces and just bounces. Literally, just like that. Happens just like that. Nobody knows what happened. In fact, everyone starts going after Soma, like, did you do something to the king? Did you like brainwash him? Did you do this? He's like, No, I don't know what you're talking about. I was literally reading up, and I was told the king had a special announcement and I had to show up. I'm half asleep, I'm tired. I ain't slept in I don't know how long. And I'm here, and all of a sudden I'm told I'm your new king. I found out the same time y'all found out. Like, I don't understand what's going on. The king just dumped this on our hero and left and just bounced. Every single time people are trying to find a way to talk to the king, get some information. The king and queen both like, nope, not happening. But this is where it becomes very a lot more interesting. Because this whole story is all about plot twist, of course. But the king, even though he's the king, isn't the rightful person to make this type of decision, and this is why it is that Soma getting the kingdom, why it is that nobody could say anything about it. Because Soma is betrothed to the princess. Okay, Lisa Elfredan, she's the princess of Elfredia, this name Kingdom. Uh, the thing about it is that Lycia, her mom, is actually the rightful ruler of Elfredom. So the thing about it is that she married the king for the king to become in power, and there's a twist into that as well, too. But I'm not gonna spoil that because that is one of the biggest plot twists that happens at the end of season two. And I'm gonna do a quick run through of season one and season two. I'm not gonna spend too much time on this. So the thing about it is that is a huge plot twist there that pertains to the queen, and everybody has their own special magical power, but nobody knows what the queen's power is, and there's a reason for that, and there's also a reason why it is that she married this king as well. Too all of that pertains and is important to our hero later on. Just gonna mention that, but going back into it, because she's the rightful ruler and she married the king, is why the king is able to make that decision, but even then, he still can't make a decision like that without the queen accepting. The queen accepted this. In fact, they made this plan together to give the kingdom to the hero and the both of them step down and not tell anybody. That's where it became a big thing. And you're like, wait, what? Something seems really weird and really off, and I don't understand why, but okay, so they're gone. The princess has absolutely no idea about this. She was gone, she came back as fast as she could, and she's like, What did you do to my parents? And he's like, Look, I have no clue, okay? I just got the kingdom dumped on me. Y'all in the worst financial bind that there is. You have people starving right now, your kingdom's about to fall apart, and you guys are like the second biggest nation in the world, and you're about to be completely decimated and destroyed. And the neighboring kingdoms know this as well, too. And there's a demon king on the rise trying to take over everybody. I got too much on my plate right now to be like doing all this, okay? I didn't ask for this. I got brought to this world against my will. I didn't ask for this, and now I've been dumped this kingdom, and now I gotta fix everything, and it all falls on me. So look, you can either help me or you can leave me the fuck alone. One to two. I just need you to pick it up. Tell me what you're gonna do, girl. And I love that he's just realistic like that. He doesn't say it like that, but still, he's realistic like that. Like, look, girl, I'm just trying to figure things out. And she's like, Well, if my dad trusted you, mom trusted you, there must be a reason. So I'm gonna watch you and we're gonna see what we're gonna do. But if we find out that you did something, I'm gonna kill you. And he's like, by all means, by all means, now please let me get to work. There's some paperwork here that needs to get filled out. If you wouldn't mind sitting your behind over there and help me out, that would be great. Because he's already got every high priest working paperwork, everybody's working paperwork. They're trying to find money, they find there's money being laundered in the kingdom, there's a bunch of rich people, a bunch of nobles that's taking money like normal, of course. And so the poor are starving because there's no money, the poor are starving because the king, even though he's a great king for peacetime, he's not a great king for wartime. For you see, there's this the other thing about this story, and I love this story because it's a so much world building. Every kingdom has their own story, every person has their own story and how it all meshes together. It feels so holistic. Go figure, anyway. For you see, what's going on is that there is like six or seven, seven kingdoms. Let's say seven, seven kingdoms, I don't remember exactly how many. Um, but right now we only mainly talk about three in season one and season two. So there's seven kingdoms, and what it is is that a new portal popped up out of nowhere, and demons started rising out of from it. Now, demons, when I say that term, I use that term loosely. In fact, even Soma would use the term demon loosely because it's very different here, and we get to that. You see, demons poured out this portal, and they started overtaking everything, and now there's a war of humanity versus demons. So there is one really big kingdom is financially well and also is military wealth, but instead of trying to force everyone to join the fray, they decided to create a contract called the contract of humanity, where every kingdom is supposed to sign and says, Hey, we're not gonna go to war with each other, but instead we're gonna help each other so we can take down the demons. Once that's done, the contract's not avoid, we can go back to do what we're supposed to what it is that we normally do. The thing about it is that some kingdoms like that, some kingdoms didn't. And so what happened is that the king never signed the contract, which is also important. There's a reason he didn't do it, but we don't know that. The king never signed the contract, he handed the kingdom over to Soma. Soma saw the con saw the treaty and also refused to sign. But Soma said he refused to sign because he saw a bunch of plot holes in it. You see, the contract only had three things. You're not gonna go to war with you. If you go to war with each other, you're not you can't take over another kingdom. You got to share resources, and it's just I can't remember exactly all three, but the thing about it is is that any con is a contract, there's only three. I'll be honest with you. Any contract that we sign here, whether you sign a contract for a job, you sign a contract as far as selling things, or you sign a contract for somebody else, whether you're doing a contract child support, or whatever the case may be, no matter what contract it is you sign, there is because of legality issues, there usually is no less than 10 to 12 sections or bullet points that you have to pertain into because there's so many different details, and even those are broken down further. So you made a super simple contract of only three things, it was easily, easily able to exploit it. And a lot of other kingdoms knew that, and Soma saw that. The other kingdoms signed because they knew they could exploit it to their own game. Soma said, No, we're not gonna be that type of kingdom and refused to sign. In fact, he does we get an opportunity to meet, and I'm kind of skipping ahead into season two, but it's okay, that we wound up meeting a character June, Jean or John, um Euphoria. She is the sister of the queen of of the the other super big kingdom, um Alicia. Uh so what happens is is that she and this is so interesting into this. Um sorry, not Alicia, Maria. Maria, sorry, I'm mixing this up anyway. Maria, Alicia's the queen. Um, Maria and John Euphoria. So, what it is is that their kingdom, they're the ones that help create this contract. Maria, she's known as the saint of the people, which actually is a big issue because a lot of the religious people hate that she's called that. She does not give her that, give herself that name. The people gave her that name because she is such a kind, sweet person who does things for her kingdom and for the people. Like I said, that kingdom is doing well, not just financially, but also military-wise, because they take care of their rich and their poor. They have a good balanced system. Now, Jean also has a good reason for that, too. She is the head of the military, she does not like taking any type of slack. If she knows some people is doing some bullshit, she handles that situation. Understand that she is that person, but she's also reasonable and understanding as well. Too, these two are the perfect sisters, the perfect dual queens to have ruling the kingdom. They do a fantastic job, but they're not the best when it comes to working alongside other kingdoms. That's where it becomes a bigger issue. Soma realizes this when he sees the contract. He says, I can tell y'all don't know how to work with other kingdoms. You're great at working your kingdom, but not other kingdoms. There's no balance here, and that's where it becomes a big problem. So Soma works out his own agreement with them. But if we get an opportunity of meeting with Jean, there's a lot of information that happens when we finally get a chance to meet her, and we'll get to that momentarily. But they're the kingdom euphoria is the one that's primarily handling the main assault against the demon king, they're keeping them held back, but it doesn't mean that the war hasn't caused a lot. There's refugees in every single country, every country handles things their own different ways, and it's just it's so much chaos that happens everywhere. Soma sees all this, and he's like, and I have to balance out all of this and take care of this kingdom. So much that goes into it, and so because of that, when he season one and season two goes into a lot of details, but there's so much that gets missed. Soma admits that he admisses so many things he misses. Now I want to dial back real quick. Humanity. I said that we're using that term loosely and demons loosely, what you see in this magical world is very different from Japanese society. You see, in Japanese mythology, not just Japanese mythology, Greek mythology, all of that is the fact that gods, monsters, demigods, demi-humans, demons, only all of that stuff. Every religion pertains the same way. You have humanity, which is primarily just people like us. That's it. If a person is a mixed blood of any type of mythical creature or any type of animal, per se, like if they're a furry, uh, animal person, whatever the case may be, you are no longer considered human in our world. That is not the case in the magical world. You see, human to them, humanity is what we would consider our normal people. Furries, yes, I'm talking about straight up animal, walking animal people who are like walk and talk like regular humans and stuff, and you can mix breed with them as normal. There is the mixed, there is the mixed bees, they're beast men, they're called beast men, but the mixed breeds, which are from the furries and the humans that put the elves together. So we get them as well, too. So, because of that, there's so many different varieties of human elves are considered human in this world. We don't consider that here in this world at all. Very different, very different, and that's one of the things that's most important here. It's like, oh, okay. So humanity is used very loosely there. They consider all of them humans, and Solomon makes a good point in mentioning this when he finally gets an opportunity of speaking with Jean. Because Jean winds up making a very good point that she mentions. She has eaten demons before, but it's one of those things that why it is that she's done so. You see, she ate what they considered a wild demon. There's some demons that clearly have some form of intelligence, and there's some demons that do not. So, you see, in other anime that we see here, a lot of demons can talk to each other. That is one of the most interesting aspects of it. The reason I say that is because the fact that demons can talk to each other and can talk to people is usually like, oh, we hate humans, we want to eat you and stuff like that. You guys are so weak, you have such weak magical powers. In this world, humanity, the loose term, all of humanity cannot speak to the demons, and vice versa, the demons cannot speak to the humans. Every those two races speak two different languages, they can't understand each other. It's not possible, and that's where the discourse comes from. So they're constantly at war with each other and they have no idea of what's really going on. No one knows what the other side is really thinking. And so the thing about it is that the wild demons, when Soma had a chance of listening to the stories and getting an understanding, he says, So, um, these wild demons versus the intelligent demons, what if it's the same thing as you and I here? He said, What do you mean? What if the wild demons, what you guys consider wild demons, to those intelligent demons, those are their animals, those are their livestock. They don't command them and control them, they're they're not working alongside them, they're just animals to them. What we consider birds, cats, dogs, if you decide to have a pet, or maybe just wild deer, wild boar. And you said that you taste a demon, you ate a demon, it tasted no different than the animals that we had here. That pretty much sounds to me like they're the same. You didn't eat an intelligent demon, you ate an animal demon, and because you saw the intelligent demons cook and eat the wild demons, that's why I think that you went further to explain to them about how it is in the world he comes from, which is very based on ours, that the term demon is used very loosely, and humanity is used more tightly. That in our world, we would not consider the beast men to be and the elves to be human what's whatsoever, you'd be considered something different. And so he's like, That's just how it is in my world. He says this big difference. I have to think about it so differently in your world. But how many years I've lived in mine, and it's just that's just how it is growing up. That's what we grew up, that's what we learned. So it's it's so different. He's like, Oh, and I'm like, Okay, now we have a chance of opening up from your mindset and we see how you look at things, it actually makes more sense. We're fighting against the demons, and we have no idea what's really going on. They're fighting against us, and maybe they don't know what's going on. Exactly. That might be the case, and that's important to understand, and that's one of the ways that it really breaks it down into the series, and you're starting to understand the way I'm talking on the forest, why I love it so much. You covered not every single base, but you covered a lot of different details. Okay, we do have little one-off little story missions here. There is a moment where the elves wound up taking a huge hit because a bunch of elves wind up dying in a massive landslide. Soma realizes the fact that he's been focusing so much on trying to focus on farming and food because he had to fix the kingdom's farming issue, he had to fix the kingdom's food supply, he had to fix the kingdom's military, that he realized he didn't take care of the security, he didn't take care of the support, the emergency services, he didn't take care of those things. So a bunch of people died, and he blamed himself heavily. They're like, Well, no, you did what you could. He said, No, we had to march our military here. Our military was all the way on the other side of our country, fixing up roads, trying to help expand to a new kingdom, and we had to put that on pause to come all the way to the other side of our country to fix this issue over here because I didn't set up a proper emergency situation. I put up all of our military here when I only should have put a portion of it here and should have left some back at the kingdom, they could have gotten here faster. More people could have been saved. That's my issue. He takes this job very seriously, it becomes a big importance. In fact, it's so important. Let's talk about more into the kingdom of Euphoria. Not well, not Euphoria, sorry, into the kingdom of Amadonia. Amadonia, neighboring kingdom, and this is one of the biggest crucial points of this series. It's probably the only fight, yeah. The only it's the only fight that we actually have in the series, really. Um, Amadonia is a neighboring kingdom, it's a military kingdom, but their people are suffering heavily. People suffering because the king he is strict on his military. 80% of taxes goes to the military, and only 20% goes towards the kingdom. The streets are not taken well taken care of, the people are devastating poor. Amadonia has a big issue with the kingdom of Elfredia because you see Elfredia had a quick pause. I'll get to edit it. So Amadonia with a neighboring kingdom had big issues with Elfredia because they Elphridia acquired for this contract, of course, a piece of land that was originally Amadonian. Amadonia hates that. They absolutely hate Elfredia and been constantly looking for an opportunity to take war and take over, which they finally got an opportunity because when Soma ascended as the new king, a civil war wound up breaking out into the kingdom. And as is a very interesting civil war, I will get into that in a moment. But first, before I go into that civil war, I also need to talk about more into the characters so we get an understanding. So coming back, and Bedonia winds up finding an opportunity to try and infiltrate the Kingdom of Elfredia using that civil war that was taking place to try and usurp Soma and try to get things taken care of there, and it could wind up claiming back that territory and destroy the Kingdom of Elfredia. It didn't work out specifically because of one specific person. You see, this one specific person also knew of the secret that the king and queen was hiding, and he took that secret to his grave. He still refused to give this information, but used it instead to become one of the greatest heroes that Elfredia will ever have in history, while also taking the blame of the biggest traitor of Elfredia. But I'll come right back to that. Um, if you can't tell, he is my favorite character in the series. Anyway, coming back. Um, so Amadonia winds up having a big issue. Um, the war winds up failing horrendously, of course, because Soma is a good strategist, and because of that one person that wound up helping him take care of the Civil War, they were able to not only take care of the Civil War, they were also able to take care of Amadonia and secure Amadonia. Now, that's the reason that we wound up meeting Jean later, because uh for Euphoria later, because of that contract with humanity. You're not allowed to take over another kingdom at this time. Now, had this not been the case, had they not been fighting the Demon King, then it'd have been whatever. But because of this contract that's been signed, Amadonia has the protection of Euphoria, so Elfriega still had to return the kingdom back. It was very interesting how this worked out because Gene knew exactly what was going on. So the king, he died, he went down fighting. So the king is dead, and the prince winds up ascending as the new king. Well, he becomes the new king. What happens is that Soma takes over the land, but what he does is that he pauses the restoration of Elfredia, sends his army, his military, and his relief over to Amadonia, and actually helps fix up that kingdom. He takes the tax money that was used for the military, distributes it out to the common people so that way people are able to eat again. The people who constantly feel like Elfredia was the absolute enemy. It's their fault that they have to deal with high taxation, it's their fault they have to deal with all this nonsense. Now understand that never mind, the kingdom is not that bad. It was actually our previous king to blame. He is the issue, and he was the reason. We're glad he's dead. Elfredia is actually taking care of us. That's where it becomes more fun. You see, not maybe more fun, not in the fun way, but you know, I mean military way. Well, you see, what winds up happening is this because Euphoria stepped in, they had to return Amidonia back to the prince, who now ascends a new king. But the prince is exactly like his daddy, and when you have a group of people finally experience freedom from their military rule to actually have true freedom, now being forced back into servitude into a malicious military society again, things don't tend to go well. Amadonia had a civil war, Amadonia reached out to Elfredia and asked for help. Elfredia said, absolutely. Because the people specifically requested Elfredia take and annex Amadonia and make it a part of their kingdom. Because of that, the contract of humanity is null and void. That was one of the loopholes that Amadonia was planning on exploiting. Because Amadonia didn't say because the old king of Amadonia did that. He tried to get the common people, to get the nobles, to get the rich, to hate the new king Soma. And if they requested the assistance of another kingdom, that is a loophole of the contract. Amadonia had an opportunity of seizing back their territory again. It was all part of the plan, but it wound up being the biggest UNO reverse. Because Soma used that exact exploit right back against them. And then explained to Gene of the exploit and how it was easily able to go through. And she understood at that point, oh, our contract is filled with plot holes. He was like, exactly. That's why I never signed. But your contract is absolutely dirt poor. I'm not signing that. So that was a whole thing there. But she respected that. She understood. She said, Okay, I can see. I can see it now. We have a lot that we need to do. So after Amadonia winds up getting annexed and becomes Elfregian, Elfredonia is now the new name of the kingdom because they mixed in the name. They even took in a lot of Amadonian customs and mixed it in. So that way that area technically still being part of Elfredonia is they still have their own culture per se. You know, you're a part of it. It's like think of an like uh I'm in America doing this podcast, but uh we have like Chinatown and stuff. You know, we respect a lot of Chinese cultures and stuff there. Hey, in this area, you do as Chinatown says there's a lot of uh a lot of Mandarin people here who follow their own customs, you're gonna follow what they say. And I say Mandarin because most Chinatowns that I've seen, at least personally that I've seen, are generally Mandarin, and it's more Chinese is so generic, there's so many different different specific sections of cultures in China. Just let's not be rude there. So Mandarin is mostly what I've seen. There are other ones, it's just mostly Mandarin, but anyway, so it's kind of like that. That kingdom there still were able to maintain their culture, but they still had to follow Elfredonian rules, but that was fine, they were able to work with that. Now, of course, it means that Solomon has a lot more to deal with because they only had three neighboring countries. Now that they took on Amadonia and made Elfredonia, they now have five neighboring countries, and one of those countries also does not like Elfredia. So that's gonna be more fun for season three. Anyway, let's dive back to the Civil War. But like I said, before I can go into the Civil War, I need to talk about some very important characters. So I've given the all this I've talked about before is mainly just the background of the story. I've talked about Soma, but I've mostly just talked about the background, and there's so much background to this anime in just the first two seasons. There's so much to appreciate, there's so much detail that's put into this. Absolutely love this series. But now we're gonna go ahead and talk about these characters here. So, for Soma to be able to acquire Amadonia and be able to change the name to Elfredonia, he had to get the permission of the proper bloodline royalty. Now, Lycia, um Elfredia, well, Elfredonia's queen, she had no issue with this. She was perfectly fine. After she saw what was happening to Amadonian people and saw that they can make their lives better, she had absolutely no issues with this. She was perfectly fine with it. But you need a bloodline of Amadonia to do that. Well, it just so happened that the king of Amadia that the late king of Amadonia not only had a son but also had a daughter. He did not like his daughter because his daughter was a little bit sleazy, she focused more on money and handling the money aspects of stuff instead of the military, like how he wanted her to be. So he wound up just abandoning his daughter. But technically, she's still bloodline, and because she's so great with money, because she's really just an underground merchant, but because she's so great with money is the reason why 100% of the funds never went to the military, and there was still at least 20% to keep people alive. That was her doing. Solma recognized this when he looked through the paperwork. He found that out. He was like, Hmm, you see, when we look at the treasury, look through records and stuff, it was additional money that was clearly been put to the side. So it was either a rich, wealthy person that did it, or somebody who had some smarts. And considering the fact that the people were not fully turned into military, somebody was smart. He recognized that had to have been princess. So he now has a princess as his second queen. Actually, I think she's third, if I'm correct. Yeah, if I forget, I think she's third queen. Anyway, yeah, yeah, she is. She's third. Because yeah, uh, there is a harem into this series, but we're gonna get to that. This is there's a little story into that one too, but whatever. Um, I might talk about it, I might not, I'm not sure. It's not majorly pertaining to the story, but it's it's pretty cool. Um, um, we'll use how it goes. Because Soma only doesn't he doesn't like having a harem, he really only wanted one person, but you know, at this point he's like, I care for all of y'all, so we're here. Um going back into it. So Ramoa, Amadonia, she is the bloodline of Amadonia, so she marries him, and now they also have the now he has the permission to change both names of both kingdoms and properly meld them together, and he has his two queens there. Now let's talk about some of the additional characters with the Civil War. Now, the Civil War, Elfridon, like Elfridonia, well, Elfre back when it was Elphridum, they had a special policy in place for this specific kingdom. You see, because I mentioned about that humanity being kind of loosely. Well, the thing about it is to a lot of the older people, they knew racism existed, they weren't stupid, so they set apart a very special system here, and you could count the system very similar to what would have been our checks and balances of democracy here in America. For you see, what it is is how we have the executive branch to do the judicial branch, legislative branch. For them, it was a little bit different because it was the democracy along with the monarchy. So, you had the monarchy, they recognized that there was at least four different types of human humans per se. They recognized that there was humans who just looked like regular people, had no animalistic um specific uh specificities of to their bodies. So, those are the most human normal looking people because they were most of abundance, they ascended as monarchy. However, to make sure that there was still checks and balances, in fairness, they created what was called the Dukedoms, and it is hilarious. That word is funny as shit to me. Anyway, they had the Dukedoms. So, with the Dukedoms, you had beast men, elves, and all other manners that were just not considered the most human humans, you had them broken apart into three different factions. You had the one of the navy, which is also their military as well, too. So you had the navy, who was run by XL Walter, uh sea dragon. So she had most of the beast men who were more and more water animalistic, dolphin people, fish people, things like that. Um, and like sea dragons and stuff. You had XL's brother, Pastor Vargas, who was a fire air dragon. He was head of the air force. Well, not so much fire dragon, air dragon. He didn't really breathe fire, but he did use a little bit of fire magic. Um, so he was head of the air force, him and his daughter Carla. So what wound up happening is that you have the navy, you have the air force, but you also still need to have your ground militia as well. Too now introducing, and I'm gonna go ahead and say this, my favorite character, George Carmine. Now, George, George was one that was very weird at the beginning. So George is a lion beastman, and he, unlike unlike the the brother and sister, Carla and SL, he is a full beastman, he's one, he's a straight up lion person. Okay, and the thing about it is is that he put on this persona that he absolutely hated the new king, he hated someone. You see, George is also one of the eldest, not actually one of the eldest, actually, he was one of the youngest of them. Because you see, Car Castor and Excel are both hundreds of years old. George is nowhere near that age, but he's kind of an old, he has an old man mentality, and the thing about it is that he's also one that's very, very wise as well. Too, because you see, he put this whole persona on. He hated Soma, he hated the new king because the new king keeps breaking tradition, he keeps changing the rules, he keeps changing this and changing that. It's not tradition. I understand that you're making things better for the people, but you're also trying to say, forget tradition, forget how we've normally done things, and you're slapping us in the face. You're making these decisions, but before a king makes a decision like this, he's supposed to meet and discuss with the dukedoms, and he's making these things, he's making these changes, but he's never taught us. We don't even know how he looks, he doesn't even know how we look. How is that fair? So he makes a good point, he makes a very, very good point into it because Soma actually has purposely avoided meeting the dukedoms because he realized there was bigger issues that he had to take care of, but he was but he already had an understanding that they did not like him, and he had not had an opportunity of being able to understand them a little bit better yet. He was still planning to meet with them, but everything he kept hearing was that they disliked him. So each of them had their own way of handling things. He immediately says, I don't like the new king. We're gonna go ahead and take this over. We're gonna go ahead and spark a rebellion because you see that is part of the checks and balances. If the king becomes too hot-headed and is not doing he's supposed to do, the dukedoms have the right to band together and take down the monarchy and establish a new one. It is for the betterment of the people and the betterment of the kingdom. So the monarchy does have the highest power, but can be overthrown legally if the dukedom say that there's an issue there. Now, granted, they also still have to win that fight, too. So, but still, they have the ability to do so, it is their right, it is within their rights to do it. So, you wind up having the two dragons and the lions and beastmen. Now, clearly, him being the um part of the land, you would think his power his element is going to be land. Actually, no. You see, every every piece faction had their own special private army. The monarch actually had the earth um magic users. George, on the other hand, had the fire users. So they wound up staging a civil war. So, what happens is that Soma finally gets an opportunity to meet the three of them, and he gets a chance to talk to them. George straight up makes it sound like he's just not listening. Nope, you don't do tradition. We're going to war with you. I can't agree with you. Castor's like, yeah, you kind of didn't you failed to convince me, so I'm going sign with George here. We're gonna do civil war. Excel on the other hand, she says, No, I see you're making changes to the people, and even though it is changing traditions, some of those traditions aren't that great. In fact, they need to change. I like how you're doing things. I'm gonna side with you. One of the changes that Soma made is that he realized that it was nothing but a bunch of old people that was running the kingdom with the king, and a bunch of these old people were still stuck on tradition and was not actually helping people. So, what he did was he wound up having them step down. He says, I need some new people, I need some young, fresh minds to help me with this land. So let's talk about these people. The first one is Excel's granddaughter, Juno. We did not know that Juna was her granddaughter at first, though, because her color palette changed from the manga, which I will mention about that later. Um, her color palette did kind of change a little bit from the manga, just a little bit. Um, it makes it more obvious that she's related to Excel. So just to go ahead and mention that. But Juna, she has the best singing voice in the kingdom. In fact, she used it so well that Soma, when he was transported from his kingdom over, she wound up bringing his MP4 with her, with him, and he had her listen to a song in Japanese. Now nobody speaks Japanese except him, but he magically can speak other languages too, and it was just one of the magics of being summoned, of course. Um, she listened to it one time, sung it perfectly to everybody, so proved herself to be the best singer. No issue, good to go. Um, we wound up meeting the Aisha Utgard, who is who is Soma's second princess. Um, well, second queen, not princess, sorry, it's the second queen. She is a dark elf, she is one of the greatest fighters of the kingdom. Straight up, her skill is near unmatched. The only person that has even come toe-to-toe with her has been Lisha. Licia trained under the Dukedoms to be one of the strongest because she was the princess. She had to be a great fighter to be able to do so. Um, so the thing about it is that both them, both her and Aisha both like to go toe to toe to battle each other. But the thing about it is that realistically, Lisha has better control of her magic. Aisha has extra control of her magic. We're not gonna say she doesn't, but Aisha is significantly stronger, so it's one of those ones that's just like they have their way of balancing each other out, but we have to really acknowledge that Aisha is actually stronger. So she's a dark elf, and the thing about it is that she's different because she broke tradition already by showing up to being one of the newer people to help out the kingdom. You see, the dark elves tend to just take care of the forest and the forest creatures, but she noticed that there was an issue going on. She asked her dad about it. The dad was like, No, we gotta stick with traditional ways, and she's like, tradition's not helping anything out. She winds up asking Soma. Soma's like, Yeah, uh, actually, your issue can be quickly fixed if you just kind of do this. And it's like, well, that goes against our tradition. Tradition says we are never supposed to touch the forest, we're never supposed to cut trees down. He's like, No, I get that, but you're having an issue with the trees overgrowing each other. There has to be some thinning to happen so that way everything can be healthy. If you have stuff that's overgrowing over other things, it causes them to die because they're not getting enough sunlight or they're not getting enough moisture from the rain. So we're not saying to hurt the trees, in fact, you're helping them by doing so because some trees can overgrow and actually hurt themselves because they're having taken too much nutrients and it causes them to rot and break. So, you know, the stuff that we learned here at pretty young age, actually, he took that knowledge over because that's something that they did not know over there, and it winds up helping out. So he is he's breaking tradition, but it's helping, it's not harming anyone, it is actually helping, and she appreciates that. She winds up becoming second queen, she admits the fact that she absolutely loves him. She keeps mentioning all the time that she wants to bet him and have a child with him, which is it's pretty normal for their magical kingdom. I'm just gonna say that. Um, and we do get a chance. I I'll go ahead and mention it. So, uh polyamory is very common in the kingdom, and very common in this magical world. In fact, it's highly encouraged. Unlike here, where it's like you want to be with one person, there you want to be with multiple people. A woman can have multiple husbands, a husband can have a man can have multiple wives, specifically saying he can increase the bloodline because the bloodline continues with the male heir. They still typically do it that way, where the male heir carries on the name unless the male decides to relinquish his name, like the king did. The king, remember, he was not an actual Elfredian, but he was the king of Elfredia. He changed, he lost his family name and took on the kingdom's name. So you can do that, but most cases it's the male who wants to continue things on. In fact, Soma allowed um Roa to keep her name as well, too. Even though he wound up marrying her, she didn't have to change her name to Elfredonia or Elfredia. She didn't have to do that, she still kept her last name for Ambedonia, so that way she could still keep the family bloodline per se of things, and that's still perfectly fine. Uh, the next character that we wound up meeting is I'm actually wait for Hakuyu. I was about to say Hakuyu, but I'm I'm gonna wait first because this character is important for Hakuyu. Uh, Poncho, Poncho, who winds up having the best palate, he is able to create special dishes. You remember there's a start, the kingdom is starving right now. Well, the reason being is also because they're not very creative on how they can eat things. Well, Poncho has traveled to other kingdoms, he's traveled all across and he's tried all different types of dishes, and because he's tried those things, he can exp his palate is more expanded. He's able to eat things that most people don't even think about eating, and so he develops new recipes and new things like that. And he they actually have their own special cooking show in this world where um Soma has a magical crystal that he's able to portray to expand information to talk to his people, and he wants to talk to his people every week. He he unlike some kingdoms, it's like, oh, you never see your king, or the king only you only see when he has to make a special announcement. He makes an announcement every single week, they're always seeing his face. He's like, I'm listening to you people, I want to talk to you people. I got something new for you guys. You're our people, you're my people. Come on, we got this. So he regularly talks to them, and Poncho's job is to create new recipes for different things to expand and to and show people that way they can stop starving because it's like you're so used to just simple basic meals. But some of those things are hard to come by right now. We're gonna get them, but until then, here's another way to prepare dishes, here's another way to do these things. Um, Soma immediately recognized Poncho's ability as soon as he saw him. Poncho's like, I've tasted a bunch of foods everywhere and I have a really good palate. And Soma immediately, like, perfect, you're exactly what I've been looking for. That's what we mean. Our people are starving because they don't know how to cook, they don't know how to make different things. He says, I know stuff from my previous life, from my other world that I came from, but it's hard to recreate some of those things here because I don't know the stuff here. But since you do, I can describe flavors to you and you can create these dishes. And he does that because Soma recognized Poncho's abilities instantly. Hakuyo immediately acknowledged Soma as a great king. Where you see Hakuyo is also a very, very intelligent person, but a little bit different from Soma in the fact that while Soma is still learning this kingdom, by the time we get to the end of season two, he's only been there for about two years. Hasn't even been a full two years yet. But um, by the end of season two, it's been like a little over a year. So the thing about it is is that he still has so much knowledge about this world, about the world that he doesn't know. Hakuyu has the same like strategic level of intelligence that Soma has. In fact, probably greater. I think Soma even said that he might be smarter, but um, he has the same level of knowledge, but by using the knowledge of that world, whereas Soma is still learning this world, Hakuyu knows everything about the world, so he's like, You're perfect, you're my right hand man because you and I we play off intelligence with each other. But if there's something that I don't know, I can trust that you know it. And Haku does. Haku is actually known as the right hand of Alfredi Elf Alfredonia because of his extreme intelligence that he has, he's able to help plan things out. In fact, he's one of the ones that was able to help point out that something was different about George. In fact, he was one of the ones that was also able to point out how it is they could better help Elfredonia. He was the one that helped get a better understanding of how it is that they could take down the kingdom of Amadonia and bring them in, and was also able to help Soma expand to create new kingdoms, new navy, and to be able to expand things further. He's one of the main ones that he doesn't get a lot of credit. Soma tries to give him his credit, but dude's like, no, no, I kind of step back a little bit. It's you, your king, you take the credit and stuff. But Soma really wants to get this guy credit on the stuff. He's like, you literally are the main one that's helping me out in these things. Not saying nobody else is trying, but you have such excellent strategy. You think things through. I am so happy to have you as my advisor. So it's just one of those like, how can you he acknowledge he has deep respect for Soma as King? He didn't necessarily like the previous game, but he respects Soma as King. The last person that we introduce really quick as far as characters, before we can finally talk further into the Civil War, she's not pertaining important to the Civil War, but is someone that's going to be of greater importance in season three, and if we have a season four and season four as well, and that would be Tomoe anyway. Tomoe, she is a refugee. Her land that she had is completely destroyed. The issue is that she's a very shy girl, kind of shies away from things. They were able to work it in to the point where she is now the quote-unquote little sister of uh Soma and Licia. So, what it is is that Tomway's special ability is that she can speak to animals, but not only that, that's why I say it'll become important for much later on. She's the only person so far that we know of that is able to communicate with a demon. And not the wild demons, at least I don't know. She hasn't shown her to be able to do that, but she can talk to animals, but she's able to communicate with a demon as if she's speaking their language, as if they're speaking her language. She ran into a demon, she ran away because she thought it was gonna kill her, because she thought that he was gonna kill her, and he stopped and he was like, Wait, I understand what you're saying, and she says, Huh? I understand you too. And he's like, Whoa, wait a second. That's someone I can speak to. It's like, no, no, no, I can't kill you. You go, go, run away. I'm gonna pretend like I never saw you. And he let her go away. Clearly, he saw that there was something important in her later, but um, which the writer, of course, too. But um, she's the only one that's able to do so. So she's under special protection, secret protection, because no one can know that she can speak to a demon. In fact, that's one of the ones that Solman makes sure that nobody knows that. Very, very, very few people know that she is able to do that. I think it's only like five people out of the entire series. The other kingdoms, absolutely no idea. If I'm correct, even Roroa, yes, if I'm correct, even Roroa doesn't know that she can that Tomway can speak to demons either. I think he's purposely kept that hidden away from everybody. As far as anyone's concerned, she's just a little sister. That's all that there is. So, like I said, for her, it's gonna be important much, much later on. Now, let's talk about the civil war so we can go ahead and end this review. Been on here for a lot longer than I expected. Like I said, I'm not taking a long time, I can make hours long videos onto this series, but we're not doing that. Um, so let's talk about the civil war. So, George knows a secret that nobody else knows because the king trusted George the most. It's one of his absolute most trusted people. Even though the king had an advisor, the king never told the advisor his secret. Even the advisor does not know the queen's magical ability. Everybody has a magical ability, no one knows the queen's magical ability except for George and the King. And at the end of season one, Soma. Well, you see, I am not going to spoil this for you. I like this series so much, I'm not even gonna talk about it in this particular review. I may talk about it for season three because it may be important for season three's plot point, but at least for this review, I am not gonna spoil the ending of season two. So the last episode, I'm not gonna tell you about it at all. Anyway, going back to the Civil War. I want you to watch it for yourself. Going back to the Civil War, so George and Caster wound up forming their own militia, they combine together to go ahead and take down Soma. Now, the thing is, Soma is such a great strategist, and again, he's got Haku on his side. So Hakuya and Soma wind up delivering a special plan because you see, what happens is that Soma has a little side adventure, runs into a guy that absolutely that absolutely hates him, and because he breaks tradition as well, too, and he's siding with his dad, who's on the side of George. So what happens is the dad winds up uh punishing his side. But the thing about it is is the fact that before he does that, he requests a very specific private audience with Soma. He lets Soma know that George is actually um planning the Civil War as a fake civil war. But he's not planning, but he needs this to act out like a real civil war as much as possible. So you see what happens is this George knows the secret. Because he knows the secret, he knows that Soma is supposed to be king of this kingdom, and he acknowledges that Soma is supposed to be king of this kingdom, but he can't let Soma know that. He can't let anyone know that. He plans this civil war openly, specifically outright states it because you see what's going on is that Soma managed to find a whole bunch of money that was being laundered by rich people. He had them taxed, he had them punished, and he thought that he did enough, but he didn't because rich people still had extra money to decide, because they not only were laundering money in the kingdom, they were laundering money money to other kingdoms like Amadonia. Well, you see, remember I told you that the old king, the old king's name is Gaius. Gaius had a plan to take over Amadonia, but to take over on Elfredia and claim back the land of Amadonia. He did so by getting the money and convincing the nobles to stage a coup. George openly admits that he's going to go ahead and do a coup. He hates the king, specifically to get the nobles on his side. Every single person, if you hate the king, we are going to take down the king. We're going to bring the old king back. This new king needs to go. He needs to die. George does this, plants himself as the ultimate traitor to get every single person out of hiding. Every single person out of hiding. So there were some that wound up going alongside with him, and there were some that saw that there may be a chance that George couldn't win, and so they still remained a secret, but they got the names of everyone. They know exactly every single person in the kingdom, every rich person, which unfortunately was every single noble there, literally. But every single person that was actually the cause that the kingdom was dying, that the kingdom was broke, that they were dealing with all this burden. So there's a two-part plan here. George stages the coup, stages the rebellion. He knew Soma was gonna win. Now he didn't give him the war, he didn't give him the victory, he didn't do that. But he knew Soma was gonna win because he knew Soma was very intelligent, because he got this information from the king and queen. So he winds up seeing the battle. The battle is in very quickly, is lost. Soma manages to end the civil war with very minimal people dying. There was still unfortunately some deaths, but very few people want like a lot less people died than there could have been. So Soma did a great job strategizing that out with Hakuyu. And so what happens is that George winds up seeing that the battle is done because Castor winds up falling. Castor become winds up having to put on a special slave caller, same as George. George willingly hits what has one put on to him. Castor winds up falling in battle. His daughter Carla winds up becoming a servant. She's stripped of her title, she was one of the higher ups, you know, the daughter of a dukedom who's second to the king, and is now reduced down to that of a mere slave. But is kept alive. She's kept a slave kingdom, and she's still in close re um, still very close to Lycia and to Soma as well. Too, she's very well aware of different things that are happening and stuff like that because they still want her wisdom and her powers there, because she's also an excellent fighter as well. Too, so there's like even though you're a slave, it's just kind of just because we have to make some type of public thing to say this. Because Carla quickly acknowledges that Soma was very intelligent how he did this. When you see what he did was is that he created the biggest trick if possible, he staged the Trojan Horse, but a reverse Trojan Horse, he winds up taking the boat, one of the boats from the Navy, because like I said, Excel, the Navy decided to sign to side with Soma. So he takes the boat and he uses his puppet magic to make the boat, put some wheels on it, and has it drive to drive straight into the castle of the Air Force. And so while they're attacking, they're putting all their militia to take down this giant boat because the boat's attacking. There's still like tanks and stuff on it, there's still gunfire coming from it. And yeah, that's the other thing as well, too. They have guns and stuff in this anime, in this magical world, and they still use magic, but things are also still very remedial. They don't have cars, they have guns, but they don't have cars. Everything's still like almost like horse and wagon drawing type thing. But they use magical, like the magical animals to draw stuff, anyway. So what winds up happening is that they realize that the boat is empty after they wanted to have him take it down, specifically so that Soma, Alicia, and Aisha are able to secretly get into the castle and wound up taking down Castor before Carla's able to make it back. So she instantly sees her dad loses and she's like, great. Well, we lost, okay. I was right, he's actually very good strategist. And he's like, okay, well, I guess we wound up losing. And it was so quick that it happened because George saw this happening. He was like, Yeah, yeah, he's a great strategist. That was a smart plan. Sees that sees that they failed. He wound up stay um staging a fight uh to attack into one particular city, but the city, the fight was just a ploy. Even though Xcel didn't know exactly what was going on, she had a feeling something was up because George didn't do a full assault like he could have into the city. So Amadonia winds up showing up. Gaius shows up, leaves the king, leaves his kingdom because he's like, This is the perfect opportunity. So he leaves the kingdom with all of his military. So Soma, three-part plan. I said two part, sorry, it's a three-part plan here. So first he took down Castor, George surrenders, then goes to Amadonia, seizes the kingdom, kills Gaius. Then he comes back. Winds up happening is Euphoria winds up showing up. Um, you know, Jean shows up, she's like, You gotta get the kingdom back. That's fine. He gives the kingdom back. The kingdom has their own civil rebellion, the king, the new prince, new king is down, is uh has has now had to retreat and gone into hiding. So now they wind up annexing and fully taking over the kingdom. Then the third part plan is hey, even though you guys didn't side with George, we got the names of every single person that actually is the reason for that this coup started. And we pulled and they pulled every single noble, every single high priest there, in order to act as judge over to what should happen. So Castor and Carla had theirs had a trial as far as like what was gonna happen. And I felt real bad into this one because Castor thinks that by the end of season, even by the end of season two, Castor thinks his daughter's dead, and that's one of the scariest things into it. At least that's how it seems to be written. He may he may have found out that she's not dead, but he doesn't know. He was pulled out the courtroom specifically as that. He was put into a slave, he was reprimanded and imprisoned because of his hundreds of years of service. And so he's reprimanded and is dragged out the courtroom while the sentence for his daughter is given. So all he thinks is that his daughter died. And he's like, please, I would take my life instead. And he's like, You can't do that. You have hundreds years of service, I can't kill you. You need to keep putting service in for us, drags him out, and then Carla winds up becoming slave. But what happens is that he uses this opportunity, Soma uses this opportunity to kill every single noble there, except two. Where you see what happened is that all of these nobles they didn't side with George and Castor, but they were also the main reason, one of the main reasons they were still embezzling money. They were one of the people that were hiding money as well, too. So even though they were getting taxed and had to give money back, they still seemed to live extremely rich lifestyles. As if they still had some money. One was a guy, he was an old guy, he just decided to change his mind. He said, You know what? I'm just not gonna do this no more, and decided to actually pay taxes and give money back. The other noble, his father, wound up being uh reprimanded and gave it to his son. The son saw how his father was doing things and said, No, we're not gonna do this. So those are the only two that survived. Soma had each of them, had all the other nobles immediately executed at that exact moment. Because Soma realized at this point he can't be a nice king. He can still be a kind king, he can still be a wonderful king, but you can't be too nice. If you're dealing with the majority, some people have to die because some people are just not going to reform. That's just what it is, unfortunately. So there's the third part playing into it. George was happy to know that everything went according to his plan. Soma was pissed because he's like, How dare you make a plan like this and not talk to me about it? He said, But the plan worked. If you knew about it, it might not have worked that well. He said, No, we probably could have worked something better. You said no. If you knew about it, it wouldn't have worked. I had to hide it from you. Can you at least tell me why? No, I can't tell you why. So George is executed. Not because he wouldn't tell him, believe me, Soma didn't, because Soma absolutely hated it. He was like, You literally are marked in history as the work as one of the worst traitors in the kingdom, but the kingdom will never know that you are one of the best saviors of this kingdom because of your secret plan that you had. We were able to eliminate all of the issues that was there. He says, Yeah, because not only were these nobles issues for the kingdom, these nobles would have been the reason that Soma would have been killed, and probably Lisia have been killed as well. These greedy nobles would have sold out the entire kingdom underhandedly to make sure that they stayed rich, they would have gone to another kingdom and just been rich there. The rich do what rich do, you know. So yeah. But there's a whole bit reasoning into it. Thing about it is that because of the queen's special power, is why it is that things were able to plan out the way they were. Soma and Hakuya just real that knew this throughout the series. They kept making quick mentions of things, and like it's like things are going too well according to plan, almost as if there's a secret hand guiding us. It's like everything is too perfect. I don't understand. It's like I don't I'm not entirely sure why it's like that. But I mean, it's glad that things are working, but it just seems too perfect. Both of them is like we're trying to plan for every possible negative outcome, but there's no negative outcome. Or if there is, we're able to quickly handle it. It's just really weird. It's really weird. But that's what we have in season one and season two. There's a lot of breakdown, a lot of different things into it. Like I said, I could go for days making hour-long videos of each character and all this different stuff into it, but I'm not going to. I absolutely love the series, it's a fantastic series. If you listen to this entire review, thank you so much for your opportunity to listen. Thank you so much for your time, for your patience. So, until next time, stay nerdy. Great things are coming. I'll talk to y'all later. Bye.
