Instant Death Ability: The Ultimate Power Fantasy
What happens when you give a sleepy, unbothered teenager the power to kill anything—and I mean anything—with a single thought? "My Instant Death Ability is So Overpowered" answers this question with a fascinating twist on the isekai genre that breaks every power scaling convention in anime.
We dive deep into the world of Yogiri Takato, who somehow sleeps through his class's transportation to another world, missing out on the magical abilities bestowed upon his classmates. But Yogiri doesn't need their flashy powers—he possesses something far more terrifying: the ability to instantly kill anything he wants with a mere thought. Dragons, gods, ghosts, reality warpers, even beings from other dimensions—nothing can escape his power. What makes this series stand out isn't just the absurdly overpowered protagonist, but how it handles such a character. Unlike typical power fantasies, Yogiri is remarkably calm and uninterested in domination. He simply wants to be left alone and return home with his companion Tomochika.
The most compelling aspect of this series is how it subverts expectations about power and corruption. While Yogiri's classmates immediately abandon their humanity when given abilities, becoming selfish and cruel, the person with the most devastating power remains ethically grounded. Through Yogiri's journey, we explore a world where magical users exploit those without powers, creating a thought-provoking commentary on how power affects human nature. We also uncover Yogiri's mysterious origins as "Alpha Omega," suggesting he might be an eldritch god in human form.
Have you ever wondered what would happen if one character had an ability that breaks every power scale in anime? Listen to our full breakdown and let us know which anime characters you think could stand a chance against instant death!

all right, what up, gang? Let's talk about my instant death ability is overpowered, blah, blah, blah. We just call it instant death ability because I'm not I'm not in the mood to say all that like. That's crazy with anime these days where, like anime, titles are like a full sentence and whatnot. But anyways, let's talk about instant death ability.
Speaker 1:It's about a kid who's awakening to absolute chaos and carnage while on a school trip, yogiri Takato discovers that everyone in his class has been transported to another world and he has somehow managed to sleep through the entire ordeal himself, missing out on the gift powers bestowed upon the others by a mysterious sage cyan or cyan, excuse me who appeared to transport them. Even worse, he and another classmate, tomochika danora, were ruthlessly abandoned by their friends, left as bait to distract a nearby dragon and, although not terribly bothered by the thought of dying, he reluctantly decides to protect his lone companion. And after all, a lowly level 1000 monster doesn't stand a chance against his secret power to invoke instant death with a single thought, if he can stay awake long enough to bother using it. That is now. I have notes about this one. Not a whole lot, but I have notes. But before I even get into all that. Kogayasu, since you're the main one who wanted to review this anime, what made you want to review this series?
Speaker 2:Alright, so y'all get to listen to some other reviews. I've been doing a couple solo reviews. I've been saying I've been frustrated because Hulu just keeps sending me isekais over and over again and I'm tired of the normal, damn fucking isekais. I want something a little bit different. And this one it's pretty much like them other regular isekais. However, there's one little aspect here that's different, that makes this one a bit more interesting to everybody else, and that's this motherfucker's instant death ability.
Speaker 2:And how overly fucking broken. This shit is Like we have all these debates for it. They're like, oh, this anime character is more powerful than this one. It's like, oh, but they're in different universes. What would happen if they crossed over and all that type of shit and come across a motherfucker whose ability is so goddamn powerful? He is literally the end of existence across all anime universes and that's just point blank, period. There is no argument about this shit. That's what kind of got me interested in it. Because I was like what the fuck? I watched the YouTube clip and the YouTube clip was how he just like straight up barked the fucking dragon. It was like die now, alright. So what was the issue? What was going on? That was the issue. Oh, I guess I took care of that now, didn't I? And he's like so fucking nonchalant about shit.
Speaker 1:Right.
Speaker 2:It's hilarious as hell. It reminded me a lot of Psyche K, because in Psyche K he's like also like more overpowered than his verse. But this was also a little bit different because it's not just his verse, it's all verses, like everything. Dude took a reality, two reality warpers we're gonna get some. But two reality warpers. Both of them was like oh hell, nah, I can't kill this motherfucker, and their job is to just warp reality to be whatever the fuck they wanted to be. And they were like nah, I can't kill this motherfucker, this dude is powerful like this is what type of shit, I feel you on that one I was like dude, this is powerful, like this is what type of shit.
Speaker 1:I feel you on that one. And when I was watching this anime I was just thinking how crazy it is how he Takato is the calm, cool and collected type that's smarter than you would expect. Kind of like Shikamaru from Naruto in a way, to where he kind of like like thinks things a little bit through, but not like very strategic, but more like okay, he did put some thought into certain things or he kind of think of things from a logical standpoint. Now, his instant death ability not only does it does the obvious, but he can target body parts. And the secondary condition of killing anyone instantly when they have the attempt to kill is great for defense but terrifying when you think about it. And it got even crazier when you find out later on in the series he's known as alpha, omega, like this project where he's like this unstoppable killing machine.
Speaker 1:But he's just outside of that. He's just a normal dude, like you know. He's just trying to, you know, be chill, you know trying to do his thing, but things just keep coming along and he has to deal with it. So he's like one of those reactive protagonists where ultimately he just wants to make sure that he and Donora gets back To their original world and just Continue living life normally. So it's like, outside of that his ability, he's just a normal dude. But when he goes through these different Phases like when they say that, oh, the first Phase has been unlocked, or phase two and whatnot, and then his ability starts evolving to a point to where he can straight up like he can kill whoever you see. So in other words, he can like treat you like his own eyes and whatnot, and whatever you see, he can be like all right, kill this person. It's like it's almost like.
Speaker 1:I don't even take a step further on that too. It's kind of like a mix of having a Geass and the Death Note at the same time.
Speaker 2:Yeah, exactly, yes, yes, I was literally thinking that shit, but I would say even a step further into this shit too, because of the fact that it matters.
Speaker 1:Oh, are you using a different mic? Because you sound a little like you're. You sound like you're away from your mic.
Speaker 2:No, I'm using the same mic, man. That's all technology. Hold on, I'm using the exact same mic that I've been using. What the hell?
Speaker 1:I mean I can hear you, it's just more like. It's not like, not as much volume as I'm used to. That's why I didn't get help or notice. Is that better? Wait?
Speaker 2:Yeah, there it is there, it is. I'm literally, I didn't even switch my mic Like I didn't do anything. I was gonna take knowledge and get on my nerves Anyway. No, I'm literally. I didn't even switch my mic Like I didn't do anything. Stop going to take knowledge and get on my nerves Anyway. No, yes, I was learning to think in that, though, like Geass and Death Note, but I also would take it like a step further too, because this dude is able to, like he can kill you by killing your clone type shit, like you could make a clone, like because when old girl did that shit, when she had the vampire, which, when she had made that clone, she didn't make different clones of herself, has one in a whole different dimension and shit, and he killed a clone and killed every fucking clone and the main body in a completely different dimension. It was like wait what?
Speaker 1:Yeah, like, see, that's why I'm saying that it's like it works in the obvious way, but there's like more to it, to where it's almost like what I love about it, okay. Okay, that's the thing. It's like this ability is so broken that that's the main thing I like about this series, where this is pouring on all different applications that he can use it, because, of course, if he just does it the usual way, the obvious way, then the series will be even worse for it. So I just like the different application that he can use his ability.
Speaker 1:But outside of that, like, I like how, just like how we review undead on love to where, okay, you have this one person who's like undead, like he's immortal, he can't die and he'll just keep regenerating and whatnot. Meanwhile, you have another protagonist who's so well, she's not unlucky, it's just whoever touches her becomes unlucky, and it really depends on the content and how much you like the person. So it's like you have this ability and you're thinking okay. On its own, I can see how it is useful or terrifying, but the different applications behind it makes it even more terrifying. Almost like the Omnitrix, where you know thinking like okay, with the 10 aliens and whatnot, but you're thinking like, okay, it actually has millions of aliens in there. So you're like wondering, okay, what all can he do with that watch?
Speaker 2:So it just makes you curious about the full scope of it all oh, definitely, and I think also the thing about it too is the fact that he's also such a intense. He has this intense power to him is what is apparently just so well known in the universe in itself, and I even like to buy people, but then, with the other reality warping, with the girl and her fucking busted-ass ability of just saying that don't make sense to me, and then your ability.
Speaker 2:Owie, that power pissed me the fuck off. I was like so if it don't make sense to you, you can just say it don't work and that's just your. That's some bullshit. Even Deuce said it. He was like that's some bullshit.
Speaker 1:That's, and that's just your. That's some bullshit. Even dude said he's like that's a bullshit. But no see, here's my thing. Here's one of my main gripes about the whole series. To where it's, it's forgivable for a series to have a fast pace, but what I didn't like was the whole series. It felt like it was so low to no stakes at all, like think about it.
Speaker 1:Like aoi, this assassin that has that ability, was assigned to kill on takato. But as soon as she rolled up on you're like all right, let me get a good assessment of you boy. And then she saw all that shit like the cracking and whatnot. This dude, this boy, built different. Uh uh. She ran so far Away from that dude. You know Talking about that dude, like in this white voice, uh uh, y'all didn't tell me about him.
Speaker 1:Y'all didn't tell me he was built like that. Y'all didn't tell me All that shit. She was like Freaking out and whatnot. And I'm like, god damn, like, see, it was like with all those different threats between Lane, the vampire Mana, the dark god's sister, the dark god himself and whatnot, it's like you have all these different threats and he's like all he has to do is just look at him and I'm like, yeah, you're done, you're cooked, pack it up, you're finished. And I'm like at some point I'm like, ah, ah, man, how can I put this? It's like one punch man to where you're just waiting for the main protagonist to show up. That's it.
Speaker 2:You're really just waiting for him to show up remember that was the whole point of the one punch man video game was that you would play against these, we would play with these other characters, and you had a time limit to fight, and by the time at the end of the time limit, one punch Saitama showed up, one punch the fight was over, and so it was like whoever had the most health at the end before he showed up, was the one that won the fight, right.
Speaker 1:Now see, with one punch man, I give it more credit because not only is it super hilarious with the execution of it all, but it's not always like, oh, he kills everybody, he punches. Like. There was that one guy from Outer Space I think it was Boros or something like that but there was like other people who were like okay, he has got to like try a little bit. And I'm like, okay, okay, cool, cool, cool. So it's not like he's completely steamrolling through everybody, but so far takato is like I'm like there's, there's really not a fight, like not much, there's no stakes. I'm like you just gotta say the words and like you're done and that's.
Speaker 2:And I still also love the fact that he's like reserved about using his own ability. And I still also love the fact that he's like Reserved about using his own ability. Where old guy's like, yeah, so you just kill, he's like, okay, I'm not a mass murderer.
Speaker 1:Now, yeah, like that would kind of piss me off. To where I'm like you, you treating that boy like oh, he loves doing this. You're like no Dog, like I just don't Want to be fucked with. That's really what it comes down to. Just like what you said With Kuso's sidekick. To where I'm like hey bro, I just want to chill, I just want a little normal life. I don't want to be bothered and y'all just keep showing up and getting in my way. So I'm like all right, I got to end it, you know. So this is like he's not like this mass murderer, like he's not like a psycho killer, like Buddy from Soul of Level, you know that one, the prisoner arts, where he was offering like millions of yen to kill those prisoners, for you know things going wrong with that one mission, and Buddy was looking like real menacing, talking about see, I would have done for free but might as well get paid anyway, right?
Speaker 2:yeah, what would you say, like even worse, about? Um, because there was this one anime I can never remember the name of it, but it was one anime where these two dudes were adopted by aliens and were experimented on it because, like, the aliens accidentally hit them with their spaceship, so you took the two guys and gave them like special alien robotic bodies and stuff and gave them pretty much the ability to do whatever they wanted, and one of them, like the old man, kind of just laid low and chilled out, but then the young kid went on a murderous killing spree, using his power just to fucking kill everybody, just because he fucking could and shit.
Speaker 1:And I was just like what's like that? One means where oh, we got superpowers, now, bro, now he'll be superhero bright.
Speaker 2:And then bro is like nah, that's not the path I'm going down, yeah so it's like he is not like that, like he's, he has the ability to kill the world, literally that if you try to do anything against him it doesn't work because his defensibility is just even the point that he tells you hey, hold on, hold on, I don't want to kill you by mistake, don't attempt to kill me, it's not gonna work. And you're like bro, because old girl's ability was like I don't want to kill you by mistake, don't attempt to kill me, it's not going to work. And you're like bruh, because old girl's ability was just bullshit, it just made me mad.
Speaker 2:But then the other dude's ability with the book. His ability is literally to rewrite the reality to his favor. So you saw him do it with some of the other classmates where it's like, okay, if he has time to read this book and see what's going on, he could rewrite the reality because okay, oh, they're about to find me and I'm gonna die. Oh, nope, I don't like that reality, let's rewrite that. And he just rewrites the reality to be whatever he wants. And then he kept trying to do it so good. And then he kept getting mad because he's like what's going on? It's like every single time I try to kill him. It says that I die. And then it just kept going over and over and over again with him trying until, like the last time, it said your resurgence has realized that he made a mistake. What?
Speaker 2:Yeah, he shows up, die now, and it's like what the fuck?
Speaker 1:It's crazy. It's all like, bro, you literally had the death right in your hand and all you really had to do was just run away because, like, he just had to like see you in order to kill you. Well, the ability was at that time I don't know if he was in phase two just yet. But like, bro, like if you don't want to die, just run away. But then again, like I don't know, like maybe he would have died regardless because uh, dragon bitch was on a rampage. I mean, I kind of get it because you know, we saw she died and she was actually alive, but she turned out to be an android, she ate some dragon meat. And now she became like half dragon bitch, like, okay, you suffered serious damage. You can wait a while to make a full recovery, or you can use Dragon Heal and just end up becoming a dragon. But don't worry, you can make little clones of yourself that have your likeness there. But yeah, you'll just permanently become a dragon and she's like whatever, it's a heal, me and she's just, you want whatever it takes to kill her classmate, that uh abandoned her and I'm like I, I guess I kind of get it because you know, at this point. It's kind of how it is in anime, to where, oh, you gotta ban by your people. Uh, all right, revenge plot, I'm gonna come kill them. And I'm like I don't know about that personally, but at this point that's just a normal trope to where some characters just go on a revenge plot to try to kill them all. So I'm like, okay, I guess we're just taking a, I mean, and like she was the mc, so whatever.
Speaker 1:Uh, she ends up dying anyway because, like, once again, talking to, all they had to do was show up and he was like, hey, who's that? I'm like, wait, who are all those people? Like wait, why do they look like Ahinomiya? I'm like, oh, they are Ahinomiya and there's a dragon there. That's the funny part, that was the ironic part, like where it's like like they didn't really recognize that she became a full dragon in the process. So that was like kind of sad part, to where they didn't know that the real shinomiya became a, or you know, it's like, just goes what I was saying, so maybe they didn't even have to say it. So, either way, just kind of funny that she ends up dying anyway. So like, once again, crazy how All that shit can go down, but all he had to do Is just show up.
Speaker 2:That was crazy, but um there's two main things I want to give a chance to talk about in this anime. I mean, it's like you said, the plot is very quick. First thing about it is I absolutely enjoyed how he was experimenting with his deaf ability to find out if he could kill just certain body parts. I felt bad, so bad for that damn bandit, because he was like all right, you try one. He said die now. Oh dang, no, I didn't. I wasn't specific enough. It killed him entirely. No, that's not what it meant. Um, okay, die your leg, left leg. Ah, there we go right leg. Yeah, there we go right arm, left arm. Okay, we're doing good. It's like oh my god, just kill me, kill me. What are you doing? He's gonna kill you.
Speaker 1:I just wanted to check out something like you know how we have this running gag of anime being like the next game of thrones with their kill count. To where, like, don't get it, don't, don't get attached to this character. Where, like bro, really like I, the whole time I was watching this anime. To where I'm like, okay, some of the characters that look like, okay, you look plain enough. To where I don't imagine you being in the story for very long, so I can imagine you being killed off, but then you be introduced.
Speaker 1:That's the thing. Like you have all these characters with all these name cards and you're expecting me to give a damn about every single one of them, but I don't know which one's going to die. So I'm like I might as well not be attached to any of them. So it's like, okay, as far as I know, main character dude, main character bitch, and maybe some of her, their friends, maybe some of their friends, and outside of that, who knows who else is gonna fight the dust. I thought Fatty Takes was gonna die but ironically he keeps surviving. But I guess he needs a running gag in that too.
Speaker 2:I swear to God, I wanted him to die so bad. I'm like why the hell is he still alive, man?
Speaker 1:Of all people, right. But speaking of which, there was this one dude, Linnell. I thought he was funny because he's the kind of unlucky that you expect to happen. It's not like Foucault from Undead Unlucked, where he makes everybody else unlucky. This dude like oh my god, it was just spectacular, His luck was Thing is he gets these apology stones the way like oh yeah he can like heal himself, so that way yeah, yeah, the gotcha grab thing where essentially he can like go through all this misfortune but okay, it's fine.
Speaker 1:Like he got armor, he got apology stones, so he'll be fine. It's just shit's gonna happen to him. He got apology stones, so he'll be fine. It's just shit's just gonna happen to him. Next thing, you know, the second time, not the first time the goddess were like, uh, she gave him some bullshit to where, like damn, I was all these apology stones for nothing. But then the second time was worse because, oh, it come to find out that she wanted the end of humanity as well. So she was pretty much using Lanelle like a pawn because she was thinking like, oh, you're so unlucky that you, ironically, give me everything I wanted. I was like, damn, imagine being so unlucky that you have caused the end of humanity. And I'm like, yeah, that sounds about right. I thought that was funny. So that's why I'm saying Like, with instant death ability as a series, I don't hate it too much, because there was something that was like Fairly funny, like I'll give it to Tuck when he Wanted to watch him review this anime he was in. It was funny. It was kind of not that funny, calm down. It was funny here and there, but Calm down, but uh, I thought that was funny.
Speaker 1:What got on my nerve a little bit Was With Dinora. Dinora, she's Like this Hot headed, loud mouth typeora. She's Like this Hot-headed, loud-mouthed type girl and she's from this Denora school of archery and trains in mixed martial arts and Multiple skills, or Sosa's Moko Moko, where it's like All these different skills that the family knows like oh well, that's the Denora school for you. And I'm like Alright, whatever, whatever. Anyways, like Denora, she's like who knows? Like, oh well, that's the denora school for you. I'm like all right, whatever, whatever. Uh, anyways, like denora, she's like become this jack of all trades with the mixed martial arts, like she like see, I'm kind of there for her development as a character, because right now she's like the main one where I'm like she's, she comes up kind of plain for me but at the same time like she's developing all the different skills to be a better help to Takato. And it's like this back and forth of maybe they will, maybe they won't Like for the most part they're just friends, but it's almost like it's kind of hinting that okay, she kind of likes Takato and maybe Takato might like Dinora a little bit too, but that's besides the point, at least for now the thing was.
Speaker 1:The main thing I didn't like Was ever since that one girl Put the charm spell On Takato and Dinora. I had this theory. What if that charm spell Was still in effect the whole time? And that's why. And Nora, I had this theory. What if that charm spell was still in effect the whole time? And that's why not only Togatub was getting hit on by some girls, like that one cat girl that lured them into that ambush when you were saying that he was experimenting on the death ability.
Speaker 1:But that's probably also the reason why, every time we're introduced to a male character that meets up with Togatron and Donora All these dudes trying to crack the bitch it's like oh, come with me, donora, we can have some fun together, you can stay the night at my place. It's almost like all these different men was like we can have some fun together, you can stay the night at my place. It's almost like all these different men was like I need to have that woman. I'm like I mean alright, but like, why are you acting like? She's so highly coveted? Like yo, what?
Speaker 2:else.
Speaker 2:That might actually Be the case, because, remember, those are the things that we're talking about. The thing, too, is that Witches with no Magical powers so like humans With no magical powers Is considered Like high To come across, because them two, like it's believed that his instant Death ability Killed the magic power Coming to him Because it would have Put him under someone else's control, which is dangerous, and therefore it killed that opportunity for him versus and for her. It was her ghost that wound up blocking the magical power so she didn't become a puppet, so that there is a thing where they did mention that it was like oh, it's like it was your highly sought after because you have no magical power. So it's like oh yeah, this is kind of our revenge, and that's one of the other things I want to talk about is the b plot, because there is a b plot to the show and it does make make me mad that we don't explore it more. So the people with magical powers are overly exploiting their powers and abusing it across the world.
Speaker 1:I was gonna get to that I was gonna you to you know.
Speaker 2:Okay. So yeah, yeah, Like. And that's where, like, it pertains further into why it is that they keep coming after them too. Because it's like, oh, you don't have magical powers, Okay. But obviously this kid is walking around unscathed all the time. Something seems to be up and this girl just randomly spawns a fucking ninja suit. I don't know, I wouldn't necessarily mess with them like that, Something just seems a bit off.
Speaker 1:Right, maybe there's a reason why they're built the way that they're built. Yes, let's talk about those other kids. How, like, when they got powers, next thing they did that was the crazy part Like, even one girl said that, hey, yo, you know what? It never occurred to me that we can just go back to our original world, we talking. We all thought, well, okay, while we're here, we might as well become the next sage. And it was like that's the thing. Like scion and the other sages it's almost like they didn't even have to convince those kids enough to where, like, yeah, yeah, become a sage. I'm like, yeah, sure, like we got the power and we're here, so might as well. Like, they don't even have, they didn't even plan on going back. Like, yeah, now that we're here, let's just stay here and forget our parents, forget our lives, back in our original world. We're just going gonna be here from now on. Like, no, never occurred to them.
Speaker 1:It's crazy how selfish they became as soon as they had the power, and that's why I dare say you know what, I don't even feel bad for most of them dying, and that's the crazy part. Like um shinomiya did most of the work because, like, yeah, the whole revenge plot. So I'm like, yeah, you know what, I don't feel bad for you. I I was kind of rude, of course you know me. That's why I was like can't even blame her, because these kids were like such assholes, like abandoning um the three of them to a point where I'm like yeah, yeah, like I'm not saying that I condone Norton Thurston's murder, but I don't feel bad for him. Instead, I feel bad for him.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I'm kind of the same boat onto that one. You know how I feel about that one. You purposely chose human self-sacrifice and then you got mad that the people you sacrificed decided to come back for revenge. I mean, that's just how that works, sir. That's the circle of life, right there, the circle of vengeance. That's just what it is.
Speaker 1:After all, we did for you, like leaving you behind, so that way they.
Speaker 2:We could escape. It was just the right thing. And then you find out who your real friends are, because old girl's like you know she swore that the other girl was her friend and she was like, oh, she absolutely agreed with that. And then runs into her again oh my goodness, you're still alive. That's so awesome. Alright, I'm gonna try to kill you now. No, sit here and just like, smiley your face All the while plotting for you Terrible, these kids was terrible. Smiling your face all the while plotting for you Terrible, these kids was terrible. It's real shit.
Speaker 1:It took only five seconds for her to be like damn, that was my friend. Anyways, Moving forward.
Speaker 2:I mean, yeah, because she tried to kill your ass twice. She left you to die, Was shocked that you survived. It's like, oh okay, the dragon didn't finish the job, so I'm going to finish the job for you, the fuck man the hell, I can't.
Speaker 1:I want to talk about that, oh the grand wizard, wizardess bitch, the grand witch, that bitch right there who gave them all their powers and shit. No, no, no See, listen, listen, I got you on. Leon is awkwardly scared. She made a Dragon Ball Z joke about having an attack power of five hundred thousand 503, 530,000, excuse me, and she killed that poor bus driver for not laughing at the joke exactly that was funny.
Speaker 2:You should have laughed.
Speaker 1:I'm like what I'm like. Bitch, get the hell out of here. Are you sure you're not the main protagonist, the main antagonist of this story?
Speaker 2:We really thought she was. Throughout the whole first and second season they tried to find her. They tried to figure out how to get to her and be like, hey, we need you to send back to the world and then come to find out oh, I actually don't know how to send you back.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I just did it for fun. I thought it would be fun to find a replacement. Essentially, the whole point of them being transported and whatnot is essentially to have some chunk take on the place of the sages.
Speaker 2:Pretty much it was like yeah, I, I gotta replenish stages every now and again, so y'all were just there, it was up for grabs. And then you come to find out also it wasn't just like a totally random thing, like that fucking fat nigga. Oh, I hate that dude. Swear to god, he should have died already, like why, anyway? But him and his posse was already became heroes of that world before. Anyway, they come to find out it's really their fault. The sages the one took over because they saved the world and they put these fucking sages in charge, left. Then they're happy that they got a chance to come back to the world to see their handiwork of sages abusing every fucking body in the world. Like what the hell? That type of shit? I'm sitting here like that nigga's the problem. He's the problem. Kill him. Like the hell is wrong with y'all. It's false shit.
Speaker 1:It's like the umbrage effect with this guy, where it's like you want, you really do not like this person, but because of their position in the story, it's like I know damn well, this creator is not going to just let this guy go until his purpose has been fulfilled, gonna just let this guy go until his purpose has been fulfilled, and it's almost like, as long as he keeps having valuable information for whoever he's tagging along with, to work with, he's like, well, I guess he's not dying anytime soon. It's like I just can't wait for this dude to be useless, just so he can just die off already.
Speaker 2:Man imagine hating somebody because realistically you feel they're useless, but oh them useful to the story this way. Stop making them useless.
Speaker 1:What's even worse, kogatsu he's a creepy healer type and I'm sitting here like there's an anime that I'm repressing from my memory. That's reminding me why am I remembering An anime that I'm trying to repress?
Speaker 2:You cannot repress that anime, man. It is present everywhere. Everybody has seen it.
Speaker 1:Yeah, so that didn't help. But, um, what else about this series? Um, um, we already talked about the cat girl. Um, the guardian angel.
Speaker 1:Oh, this, this series Throws a lot out of you as far as themes like maybe not like moral lessons or what not. I mean there's more to it, but what I mean is it's like aliens and zombies and what else. What else? I'm trying to think it was aliens, zombies, androids, demi-humans and whatnot. It was like it reminded me of the first story that I was writing and I was throwing in a lot of shit like dinosaurs, aliens and mutants and whatnot.
Speaker 1:And the more I did that, the more I realized this is just a mess, like. It just felt like a straight up mess to me. So I don't know, that kind of pissed me off in that aspect where I'm like it just feels like they were doing a whole lot in 12 episodes, like they stressed out the 24 episodes, but some things breathe a little bit. Alright, you know, once again, with One Punch man, what I give them credit for, like when they went up against like the Deep Sea King and whatnot, there was like build-up towards where, like he didn't just uh, saitama didn't just show right away, they maybe had to like, um, like air it out for like one or two episodes. And then in the second episode, that's when, uh, saitama shows up and do his thing, and I'm like, okay, well, at least some things kinda like had time to like be a thing, before the main character just breathes right through it.
Speaker 2:I gave it that much credit very true, but they know that Takato had was against the vampire was because, like for her, like her, what she did was she had already, like, sent some people to die by him. So she analyzed his ability anyway. She just didn't know that, oh, if he killed a clone, it would kill me too. But she already kind of had a good idea of his ability and stuff by this point, because she also had the elf girl that was with her after he had relinquished her from her master, after he killed the master from the bug. Oh my god, the roaches, oh shit, fucking bugs was too much for me.
Speaker 1:Oh god, that's a lot oh yeah, speaking of which, now that we're talking about the vampire league, there was at one point this one guy, tachibana, from the class that had this ability, dominator, where he can simply have people under his command and whatnot, and he had all those different girls and once again he wanted to add the Nora to the hero and the girls got jealous and whatnot. One of them Euphemia, like she turns out to be half demon because you know her other friend, her sister, the theodicia, later on the series where, okay, since they're both half demons, and then, um, she euphemia became under lane because you know, she was like just having to be in the right place at the right time, and then she gets bitten by lane lion and she becomes a vampire or whatnot, but eventually she does reunite With her sister, or whatnot. My point being is, despite everything being thrown, I did appreciate the black representation Nice.
Speaker 2:Nice, I'm right there with you, man, cause she was well drawn, well created and a well balanced out character. You know, she made suggestions. She's like I don't think that your plan is going to work and she's like, no, I'm just going to give it a try. This should work out. I'm keeping myself a distance, I'm staying all the way over here.
Speaker 1:I'm acting like a horror movie To where it's like it's a black character, I don't know about this.
Speaker 2:And then the white person like, ah, it's fine, you worry too much and then all of a sudden they're like oh my god, I should pay attention. But no, like that's one of the reasons I enjoyed the anime. Yeah, at first it's a lot, it is a lot, but then I just don't get a chance to enjoy the anime because it's like you know what? It is a lot, but you can enjoy it for the dumb shit it is at this point.
Speaker 1:Yeah, that's what I'm saying, Like, see, just like with Undead Unlocked. If it's like a fantasy action comedy, then I'll give it a. Is it's not supposed to be taken too seriously, especially with some of the gags that they try to pull off, especially when main 2 to, where it seemed like the Norah's always like yelling and whatnot, like exclamating on whatever it is Takato's doing, but meanwhile Takato's like man. I'm just trying to chill out. It's like, yeah, takato's like the kind of guy where he was born to be this weapon of destruction, forced to be a weapon of destruction, but in actuality he just wanted to deal with reality, he just wanted to play his little great value. Nintendo Switch.
Speaker 2:Now his backstory, though, was a very I know it was a nice touch to the anime to get a little bit of a distraction.
Speaker 1:Oh yeah, with the teacher. Like that was crazy for me, by the way, go ahead.
Speaker 2:Okay, so you got this teacher. She gets hired to try to teach him, and so she's confused, she doesn't know, because they always refer to him as it and like the science is like. I've never met it, I don't know. I don't know what it looks like, I just know that it's pretty dangerous. But it's your job to educate. I can't go any further. Here you go. And so it goes further.
Speaker 2:She goes in, she finds out it's a kid and she's like what the fuck? Why is there a kid locked in here? What's going on? Then a shadow creature is about to kill her. He kills the shadow creature and she's like what the fuck? What is this? Slowly begins to find out. Yeah, so slowly begins to find out. Okay, so you know this kid. He has this ability to kill anything, but he doesn't necessarily want to, he just kind of wants to live a normal life. But they're scared of him. Okay, so she's trying what she can. She finds out that they're so damn terrified. Only robots come to give him something. And let's still keep in mind the fact this dude's ability is so overpowered that things that are dead can still die. Ghosts can die, robots that are not alive can still die and no longer be powered on anymore. That's dude's ability is again beyond fucking broken. Which is the name of the no no that's the funny part.
Speaker 1:He has the same logic that Ali does to where he decides if you're alive or dead or whatnot. That's the way he said it on when he's trying to explain to someone else where I decide. Whatever is alive or dead, if you're moving, I can see you alive. If you're not moving, you're dead. So I want you like not moving dead. So, even if you're a robot, even if you don't have no human anatomy, if you're not even an organic being, if you're moving, I want you dead.
Speaker 2:And he's just like what the fuck bro? It's just too insane.
Speaker 1:But then her whole thing where she winds up wanting to leave and she's wanting to like she wanted a different job Nah, the scary part the scary part, when he was escaping and he was like looking through the camera feed and just killing them all, I'm like, oh shit, he didn't see looking through the camera feed and just killing them all down, like oh shit, like he can't see you through the camera feed and kill you like that.
Speaker 2:Oh, oh, exactly because he said he could feel their intent. He, he felt their murderous intent. He was like I could feel you wanting to kill me and it instantly and it would. It activated his instant death ability. He's like I feel you through, I can feel that you want to kill me. Look at the camera and then they die. Like what the fuck? And like that's what happened in the other anime that I was telling you about too, with the old dude and the young guy that got robotic bodies from the aliens and shit is that dude could see you through technology, he could see you through your phone and shit and then kill you straight through there. You're like what the fuck? And it's like yeah, I just had this ability to see everything and if I could see you, I could kill you. That's just how it works.
Speaker 2:Then it was nonsensical shit that made no sense. I was like what, what the hell? This is bullshit. Um, but no, yes, when he tried to escape and he's just going through an old girl, she's like tell him to stop or I'll kill, I'll kill you, type of thing. She's like and he's like, uh, and then die, and she just falls dead. And the teacher's like did you do this? Walks through this whole, like the entire lab of death, and she just falls dead. And the teacher's like, did you do this? Walks through this whole, like the entire lab of death and she's like come on, teacher, let's go home.
Speaker 1:Let's go home, like not too long. You're like, yeah, yeah, starting to feel free, and I'm like, yeah, let's go back home teacher.
Speaker 2:Yeah, like goddamn home Shit. A psychiatrist ain't enough for this shit. What the hell is wrong.
Speaker 1:I found you.
Speaker 2:I'm like this motherfucker imagine if she didn't want to escape. Imagine if you really wanted. She never wanted to leave him permanently, she just wanted a vacation, that was it. And they tried to like get her for that. It was like how dare you think that you can leave even a little bit? And I was just like wait what? Oh shit, but this, that ability is scary, his ability is scary as fuck.
Speaker 1:And you just like nah, nah, great, nah, you know what? Nah, you know what the crazy part, the real crazy part, is. All that could have been avoided if she had just told him she was going on vacation. I'll be back, don't worry, I'll be back, but she didn't do that.
Speaker 2:She didn't even get approved for it. So that was shit to be able to tell.
Speaker 1:Yeah. So I'm like, can you imagine, like, oh well, if they want to have the guy, if, because the main thing was he was like wondering, oh, where is my teacher at? And like she went on vacation. Like where, where exactly is that? Like, oh, like, maybe the guys on the other side will tell you. I'm like, all right, bet, hey, where's my teacher at? I'm like, oh, he went on vacation. Well, where the fuck is that? I'm like, no, no, you bring her back here. I'm like, okay, either you bring her back here or I'll find her. I'm like, what are you going to do? I'm like, bro, are you okay? Who are you talking to? Lord, what was his name? Like they call him something else, but the whole point being is that like pretty sure you wouldn't have him locked up if he wasn't like capable of doing something.
Speaker 2:Mm-hmm. Yeah, they used to call him Alpha Omega. They were terrified of shooting his ass. I don't know, but I am curious on how we're going to do for season 2, if we are able to get one. I haven't seen about season 2 being in production.
Speaker 1:To be fair, this anime did come out last year, so I would say 50% but I'm actually curious what phase 2 actually is.
Speaker 2:The second door has opened and it's been constantly put around everywhere, and the only time we actually saw someone die because the second door opened was the scientist that the girl had wanted to bring him from the human world. She was like I need to give you some information about this guy, because it's not so long, about the whole time, until all of a sudden, okay, he actually seems like a threat.
Speaker 1:Yeah, that's the main thing With Sion. Like keep in mind, sion chose this person To be. Like keep in mind, yeah, you said At random, but he was. She did choose him to come along. So she was like, oh well, I didn't even think this kid was like all that, like I don't know. But then the more shit goes on and she's like maybe I done fucked up.
Speaker 2:All it took was that. All it took was that other reality, war condition. I can't help but get a funny suspicion that this might be my fault old girl crying in fetal position in a pocket dimension is not enough to tell you we ain't gonna die. We ain't gonna die. You brought a monster here he killed multiple sages.
Speaker 1:That doesn't ring any red flags no alarm, no red flags. She ordered all the sages. That doesn't ring any red flags, no alarm, no red flags.
Speaker 2:Hmm, she ordered all the sages to kill each other and the top ten that stay standing are the ones that get to stay.
Speaker 1:Yeah, because they are trying to find replacements.
Speaker 1:Why would she care about the sages being dead?
Speaker 1:It's really oh you know what, what? Even more crazy that one guy with, uh, fake eye or whatever case may be, where he kind of had the same ability, but maybe to a lesser extent, as takato and he was trying to kill sia but like every time he tried to kill her, like she just kept coming back to life instantly, like she did die, but she just kept regenerating damn near instantly, like in a split second, like not in a split second but like in a one second interval, to where, like she died for one second and then came back to life. So dude kept doing that and she was like all right, you know, let's get annoying, kill him, but no, it's okay. I can imagine her not being all that worried about her being killed or the other stage is being killed, but it's just really crazy that she's being like literally ignorant of what's going on to where. I'm like, bro, you brought someone who's like a human weapon of mass destruction and you're just being really oddly and infuriatingly chill about it yeah, it was like.
Speaker 2:You just don't understand the level of you up, fuckerita. Is there she in her bed on clothing, where I feel?
Speaker 1:like it's so much fun. She in her bed Clothing where it feel like it was so much fun. I know I'm like.
Speaker 2:Bitch, it was just Okay. So when she met her Into like the Demon King sister, that whole Demon King I know you mentioned her, that whole Demon King shit Was still funny as hell to me. The minute Kakaroto shows up, instantly kills the Demon King. He was like it's like Doesn't want to say it Cause he was like, mmm, it's like doesn't want to say it because he's like uh, uh. So the miasma was like trying to kill me. So it just kind of happened instantly. I didn't control it, it just kind of did it on its own and it just killed the demon king.
Speaker 1:I mean technically you can write this off as self defense because you know my ability depends, like if anyone have any intent to kill me, then they get killed themselves. So in other words, it's kind of like a deterrent, like what Rick was saying. Rick and Moritz, where you have like this self-defense system, where it's like it's pretty much a deterrent. It's like nobody, everybody don't mind getting knocked out, nobody likes being dead. So like hey, yo like Nobody, everybody don't mind getting Knocked out, nobody likes being dead. So like hey, yo like If you, if you didn't release that my Ass, but whatnot, you wouldn't be dead. So I'm like you know, to be fair, I'm just A self-defense reflex. You know like I'm trying to be Takase's lawyer, like you see my client here.
Speaker 2:This is your honor. I want you to understand that my client does not have full control of his ability, and the thing about it is the reason why he specifically says do not attempt to harm him or kill him because of this lack of control of his ability. And if you do attempt to do so, it automatically causes you to die. So the thing about it is that it's just a natural self defense that we are as legally as human beings. It's just a natural self defense that we are as legally as human beings, as living creatures, entitled to self defense. That's just how it works. What was the intent to kill? Are you able to prove it? Well, unfortunately, the client is dead, so there's not much way I can prove the intent to kill my client.
Speaker 1:However, I do want to make you aware that it did exist but yeah, like in countries like that where, like all these different people coming away and you're thinking there's a big threat to this world, but I'm just waiting for Taco to show up.
Speaker 2:Pretty much, that's pretty much all you do. You'll show up and he'll take care of it, like he always does, without even really wanting to.
Speaker 1:Oh, one more thing. It's funny how, once again, again, it's like A little correlation To our review to Undead Unlocked. There is one more thing I wanted to mention Um Tatsuto. When he defeats the leader of the Immortal Corps, the uh werewolf Guy, I like how he was like trying to transform and then he died mid transformation. And then I like how the neural is like well dang, that's rude. Like you could at least let him fully transform and then talk to a book. They're like it's what you think? This is? Dragon mode, get out of here.
Speaker 2:Why the hell would I let someone fully transform? That makes no sense. Just kill me and move on Like just the most sensible shit. Yes, in anime again. Like I mentioned Before, that was very dishonorable Of you, katsuo. But you don't care, you're alpha Omega, like if anyone pisses you off, you get just killed.
Speaker 1:Hey man, listen, like. Why you talking to me like that? Why are you treating me like I'm just this dastardly murderous motherfucker, like it's getting really offensive how you keep treating me like this, keep bringing like this around your little friends, like if you want this relationship to work, I need you to understand that I'm just a normal guy that just don't want to be bothered his point was valid, though his point was valid like look, I just, I don't really like having this ability, I just have it.
Speaker 2:It's just what it is and it's. I don't have much of a choice. I just have it. It's just what it is and it's. I don't have much of a choice, I just gotta move on with life. You know, they say life give you lemons. This is my lemon. Like that's one hell of a lemon to be getting and I'm like okay, but I didn't pick it myself, damn Shit.
Speaker 1:I mean, that's three porn.
Speaker 2:Dad.
Speaker 1:I mean that's three born Dad. I mean that's a crazy part too, because that's the thing, like I'm thinking was he like experimented on or was he like born in a tube like home lander?
Speaker 2:I honestly don't know. They didn't really explain any of that yet.
Speaker 1:Yeah, that's the main thing. It's like okay, either he got experimental as a kid and he became Alpha Omega, or he's like this synthetic human that just doesn't have emotions. And that's the craziest part. Can you imagine how groundbreaking that is, to where you not only create a synthetic human but you made them so humanly possible? They have their own thoughts and their own ambitions, or, if any, or whatnot, where they feel like their own person? That would be crazy. But I want to believe it was more like he was experimenting on, because I can kind of believe that If he was like oh, some facility decided hey, you know what would be fun, let's create a synthetic human that can kill anybody he sees. Won't that be fun?
Speaker 2:I could in anime. I could imagine some shit like that. You know, you can too. You can imagine that happening at any point. That's just the most random but very possible storyline.
Speaker 1:Yeah, it's like, see, that's the thing. If they go the second route, then it's just lazy, but if they go the first route, okay, let's hear them out. How did it get to that point? Because, as far as we know, we didn't get to where he was born and whatnot.
Speaker 2:We just skipped to the part to where he was like what, five, six, seven years old? Yeah, when we first meet him he's like really little. Yeah, now, hold on, I'm going to look up because I mean there might be, because the manga is already way further ahead than anime, of course.
Speaker 1:But I'm actually curious. Yeah, because that would explain something. Are you asking me what now? Yeah, okay, yeah, like I didn't have to be born this way, you guys, oh God, was there anything else that I wanted to talk about?
Speaker 2:The heroes is pretty much like dying Literally. Okay, so you got the sage candidates and the sages are all causing such ruckus. There's literally heroes that are going around trying to save everyone or trying to, like, go up against the sages and shit. But I want to talk about as well these random mechanical fucking creatures that pop up every now and again and disappear.
Speaker 2:Yeah, cause we had one get a chance to talk to Kakato and then like what was it? And the girl got what was it? She got the, and the girl got what did she get? The outfit? No, the sword. She got the sword that could transform into any weapon.
Speaker 1:That's what it?
Speaker 2:was that's what she needed, because her ghost had got that one. But yeah, we got one aggressive. It was like, yeah, we came from a whole other world. He was like can you bring me back? And say I couldn't? He says I'm sorry, I couldn't bring you back to my world because you are too fucking dangerous I am yeah, we're from a whole different world and we already heard about you, bro yeah, I know you are not doing that.
Speaker 1:I see it's those type of things where you have this overpowered character and it's like at this point you're so used to OP characters like you can't even be too mad that it's like they just seem to have, like it's super easy for him to like steam the whole story, but it just comes off a little funny how it's executed to some extent.
Speaker 2:Oh, okay, so this is the best way of explaining, so this is the best explanation we got for it. Takato, he's born. He does have parents, but what it is is is that he is an eldritch. He's literally a fucking eldritch god, which makes total sense that, in a sense, reincarnated into a human avatar and you know, let me take that back.
Speaker 1:That second part, that second row made no, no, no For real, though For real Alright. So he did have parents, cool, but Really.
Speaker 2:Yeah, he was born. He birthed himself into a human avatar.
Speaker 1:Wait. So it's like a no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. To be born. So let me pick these random two people to be my parents. Quote unquote.
Speaker 2:Pretty much, yeah, he. They had no choice in the matter. They just gave birth to a child who wound up being an elder. You had a virgin birth.
Speaker 1:Oh jeez, I should have known An anime Kogagatsu recommended would have some bullshit like this.
Speaker 2:Oh, but it's funny though. Yeah, it became a little bit more hilarious this time versus just it wasn't that funny. No, now it's a little bit more funny.
Speaker 1:I'm sitting here like what the fuck.
Speaker 2:It's crazy.
Speaker 1:Just imagine that moment of finding out later on oh, I'm an eldritch, god yeah by the way, sorry for the spoilers to the listener, but, like we were, I was curious. I was just too curious. See, that's the thing with the undel up, because I'm like bro, like it's bringing up, I have more questions than I have answers.
Speaker 2:Now that part Like why the hell did you want to be a, to be a human avatar? I'm confused now. I don't even know if I'm going to get an answer to that one who knows. Alright, well, good to know, I guess, how the fuck, did you exist before you?
Speaker 1:even boom warned me.
Speaker 2:Because anime the best answer I got, oh shit. But look like I told you, this anime is funny as shit. It's just random shit. It's random shit, br. It's just random shit. It's random shit, bro.
Speaker 1:That's just what it is, you just enjoy it. It's like the chicken coming before the egg. I'm like, is that all the notes you have on this anime? Oh yeah, that was it.
Speaker 2:I just wanted to talk about how much of a wild ride this whole anime was. Like you mentioned, we got vampires chugging zombies the whole zombie apocalypse happened in this shit and you got the reality warpers. I was like this nigga's just overpowered, for no random reason literally just made one one reality warper just die cause he just questioned his own self, his own ability of why the hell he even tried I made a mistake, clearly and then die. It's like just hilarious shit. And then the other one who's like oh, I can warp reality, let me take a look at you. Eldritch, god, death, horror, alpha, omega, beginning, ending of every death. Oh my god, I'm terrified. Just it'll. Fucking pop goes to a whole nother dimension. Just Just be like I'm terrified. You brought a monster here. Why did you bring a monster here?
Speaker 1:And meanwhile he's partnered with this one girl who's apparently good at everything and everybody wants her. And I'm like this motherfucker. Not only is this eldritch god, but he's also got the most highly coveted bench in the whole planet, apparently.
Speaker 2:He's got mega rays.
Speaker 1:Yeah, so yeah, with that being said, I'm going to put a cap on this review. I'm pretty much tapped out before I've asked too many questions. I shouldn't even ask if it was an origin story, like I should just wait for that to come, you know, whatever. So, with that being said, if I were to give this anime a rating, I'd give it an H. I was gonna write it up as like okay, this is just typical anime bullshit, but I will admit it was kind of funny. Here and there there were some things that got me intrigued, like Takato's insidious ability and the full scope of it, and it got me curious enough to see if, like, it got me curious enough to want to know the rest of the story. So I'll give it an A for now.
Speaker 1:Who knows if we get a season two, I'm kind of hoping we do, like, in fact, something. It was 2024 when season one came out. I know we're a year late, so I'm thinking probably going to be somewhere between 2026 and 2027, because there wasn't a whole lot announced for 2026 except for the first quarter of the anime season, the anime year, so we don't know that much in advance, but I'm guessing it's probably going to be mid next year or maybe the year after that. I mean, I'm guessing it's probably going to be mid next year or maybe the year after that. I mean I'm just guessing, like it might not even happen, but I'm just guessing. If the show was good enough to warrant a season two, then we're probably not going to see one for at least another season, for at least another year or two probably because, I'll be honest with you.
Speaker 2:I mean, right now we're going to see how things are going to go, like you said, because even, for example, like Silk Song, when that game came out, a bunch of game developers Pushed things back. But actually what wound up Happening too is the fact that not just game developers Actually a lot of anime Was kind of not necessarily Put on hold, but you could tell, a lot of creators of mangaka Actually are all playing this new Silk Song game. Hey, you know what?
Speaker 1:I'm sorry. I'm sorry, though I know we're trying to wrap it up, but I gotta mention it. Like it's funny that you're saying that, because I'm watching videos of Kyson that with his Mafia, thon 3, how he had Michael B Jordan and whatnot on there and whatnot. And then it was like afterwards, or like in the middle of it, like Suburb Baby, he came on there talking about hey man, listen, as a fan I love you, bro, but as a streamer I hate your fucking guts, because every time you come on live stream, post on. I ain't doing it, because every time you come on live, I'm not, uh, streamed, postponed. I ain't doing it, because every time you come on live, I lose all my viewers and whatnot.
Speaker 1:And then I'm sitting here like as a person trying to make things happen. I'm like listen, I'm cool with kai, like, not like personally, but more like I don't mind him. Like hey, he can stream wherever he wants. In fact, I dare say that if he's big enough to have A-list well-known celebrities on his streams, I think he at least deserves a few months of vacation. Like he can like disappear for like two, three months, come back and people still love them.
Speaker 1:Meanwhile it's us, the small fish, the small fry, that's trying to like do something every single day just to get up there. So I guess, um, it's like nothing gets caught, it just. I kind of get that sentiment to where I'm like, yeah, we're trying to do something and then here comes this one person where everybody want to view his shit and then nobody's looking at my shit and I'm like, how am I going to eat? Like, nigga, I can't eat, I'm broke. Nigga, I'm broke and you got the power to change all that. Kai Nah, seriously, I feel like I don't think you need to retire, like you can keep doing whatever that you're doing, but like I kind of feel that's where I'm like, dang bro, I'm trying to get some bread too, like you know, yeah, yeah, I know what you mean and we're trying out here, yeah, we gonna get there, we gonna get there.
Speaker 2:But you know, but I was just saying as far as, like, with Silksong, when that came out, even a lot of anime kind of just paused for a moment because a lot of people took time to play it. And I will say that, like because Center for this is the only game that I have ever heard of that crashed every single gaming platform. You broke Steam, you broke Nintendo Network, you broke PlayStation Network, you broke the Microsoft Network, you broke all four at the same time. I don't know, that's a feat worth missing. That's not what I want to do when I'm developing games, where it's like, oh, really missing.
Speaker 1:That's kind of what I want to do, where I'm developing games where it's like oh, it's so good that I'm having servers being crashed and I'm like hell yeah, I have people posted outside of games type of where real things by their games be like oh, we're just waiting for the new game jb put out it'd be dope, it'd be dope, yeah.
Speaker 2:So I don't want to hold too much long, but I'll just mention that as far as, like, there are some anime that did get slightly delayed a little bit, um, because of the fact that most people weren't really looking out for the anime at that moment when the game was coming out. Like that one game pushed back a lot of stuff. You didn't expect it to, but it really did. It pushed back quite a few things. I was like, okay, that's what's up.
Speaker 1:I kind of understand at this point, because I would hate for something really good to be glossed over by something else that's honestly not even all that great Looking at you after the war and I am so sorry to tell the worst one yeah, yeah, both of those is like really great and I don't know if they ever come back like to me like afters war is like I wait until worse.
Speaker 1:Mama here, and then that got lost over because of all the after his war. It's like it was it was all right, boy, wait until the worst one. I'm like, ooh, y'all got a little sauce going on here and then that got glossed over because all the rest of shit that happened in that season. I'm like, damn, like you barely stood a chance with everything else going on.
Speaker 2:And I will say I don't know. I'll probably see if I can go find it later today, but yeah, Alright, let's go ahead and wrap this up.
Speaker 1:Like I said, instant Death, billy, 8 out of 10, pretty good Kind of made me mad a little bit, but I can't be too mad at it. It was kind of funny. You go ahead and have yourself a good morning, good afternoon, good evening, good night, whatever the case may be, stay nerdy, remember that great things are coming, but ultimately, take it easy, we're zoning out of here.
